We still had spiders and webs left behind. We are still experiencing ants on outside patio and planters from and back yards.

This is a scam
This is a scam, run don't walk away. We've never had a problem with ants in our home, but we had a lot of ant hills in our lawn, so after a very convincing pitch from of their door-to-door salesmen we signed up. In the months following not only did the ants get WORSE in our yard, but our home was completely infested. All over our bathrooms, kitchen, and in random spots all over our house. We found them all over our house every single day for a month straight. It took A MONTH to get a hold of anyone from the company. We finally got someone on the phone and tried to cancel. They were going the charge us for canceling which is INSANE. We finally got out of paying it, but we've spent so much money just to make our ant problem worse. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bad service
The rep came and went in 15 min. He said that during this time of year that they don’t spray the same as they do during the summer. If I would have known this I would not gotten my service from Aptive. When he was here I told him that I’m having a problem with mosquitoes and if he would refill the container that Aptive placed but he told me that the container was no longer used and that he did not have the chemical that was needed.
This is the second time I’m using the service cause I had canceled the first on due to issues with the rep doing the job. I would like to talk to a manager before I cancel my service with Aptive again.

Sean made sure he addressrd all my…
Sean made sure he addressrd all my concerns. He move dog water and food bowls away from the spray areas. Did a walk around afterwards to make sure nothing was missed including hidden mosquito and rodent traps. Sean was very personable, polite and seemed knowledgeable about the products and service.

The Aptive Tech was knowledgeable, listening as we did the preliminary walk-around, and quickly got to work spraying the areas discussed. He sent me text images after his treatment which I greatly appreciated..a first by any tech that has treated the property! Kudos

Open shades to look outside and nothing but spider webs on screens. Cleaned up leaves from winds yesterday and must have blown at least 5 daddy long leg spiders from patio.

Not to fall for the nice smiles of the salesman’s of APTIVE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF ….!!!

They told me no contract we are a serious company if you don’t like us you are free to go
Guess what I had a bad experience with them 4 years ago they charged my account and the technician didn’t even show up
Well they did that a couple of times again and they switched the apples on me saying that that’s my contract I pay even if I needed them or not people don’t use Aptive
