Communication Issues
The pest service people are great and show up. The scheduler for termite inspection verified the appt. for this past Monday 5/4 and that section of the company had a no show and didn't notify me of the inability to keep that appt. I lost 2 hours waiting. The next available is 2 weeks away.
I called the main pest service receptionist and informed her of the problem about the no show. Instead of listening she needlessly sent another pest treatment service person out although on the records I had that service done earlier 5/4. 5/5 the pest service person arrives. There needs to be better internal communication between staff/management and personnel performing services.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, including what treatment was being used and how to prevent future problems. We have used Aptive for several years now and have been very satisfied with their services.
