Aptive does a great service

Aptive does a great service. we have no chiggers no ticks no fleas our yard is good thanks to their exterminators. Very professional and courteous.

Technician was prompt and polite and courteous. He listened to my concerns related to my pest issue and was able to complete the treatments in a timely manner.

The technician did a great job but front office did not

The technician did a great job and I rate him the highest.
However the company as a whole, I was not satified with. After scheduling an appt by phone and receiving email confirmations, they didn't show. Considering you block at minimum 4-8 hours that is substantial. I called and they said I had been scheduled for the next day (Saturday) I was never notified or contacted. Apparently some issue at the office, apologies. As a inconvenience offering they would give me a $20 discount for the visit, which by the way was a regular visit as it "was time" even though I called with an issue.
As I said the tech showed up in the morning and did an excellent job.
When I received the invoice (im on autopay) they gave me a $20 discount but charged me $20 more than the normal rate for the visit.
Bad customer service!

Thorough service and friendly delivery

The technician was friendly, professional and very thorough in cleaning out the pest nests under the eaves and on the patio. He addressed all my concerns to my satisfaction.

Aptive Review

Aptive is wonderful to alert me before arriving and inform me of any changes to the appointment if necessary. Aptive has been good to return should part of my service not been met. They are professional and courteous. Although, there have been times that a call back has been necessary because of my pets not allowing a completed service call. I have truly appreciated the professionalism evident from Aptive.
