I still have THE BUGS.

Your tech was OK, but i still have the bugs that invaded my pantry, only they are all over the place

APTIVE does not listen and misses scheduled appointments

Everytime and every single service APTIVE either misses the scheduled appointment and I have to call and reschedule .
Every single time APTIVE fails to target the hard to reach spaces for a 2 storey home.
Every single time I have to get a reservice done cause APTIVE will not listen to customer requests.
Every single call I clearly mention to please send someone who can reach higher areas for a 2 storey home and please send the 30ft extension pole to get rid of the wasps nests. TERRIBLE service . They just wont listen.

First the service guy came at the end…

First the service guy came at the end of the day & he was in rush and was asking what is the issue. When its a regular service the person should review and do service to entire place when we requested we want both indoor & out door treatment.

Technician sprayed our neighbor's house…

Technician sprayed our neighbor's house instead of ours. Fortunately I was able to recall him after he sent pictures.

They forgot our order 20 times

The company talked us into adding outdoor traps to our service. They then forgot to bring them and said they would bring them the next day. They never brought them but billed us for it for 6 months. I called over a dozen times and they would always say they forgot, were out, or would just not show up. I spent 3 hours 1 day on the phone explaining the situation over and over the. Getting transferred to someone new only with the same result of them showing up 3 times that day without the traps.

I have asked them to treat the red ants…

I have asked them to treat the red ants in my yard. After the first treatment I waited a month to call back to say the ants are still bad. Since they came back and treated again the ants are still terrible. I paid $160.00 for no results. I’m going to find another company!!

Thank you for sending a technician (Chase) who not only listened, but followed through and did a great job! I also appreciate that he answered any of my questions about product placement. He also took the time to do a thorough job and not rush away in 15 minutes…thank you!

Gap between service prover and customer service

I moved from other pest provider to Aptive and was told that I will get mosquito treatment in Pro plan but inspire of confirmed by customer service the representative who comes here doesn't do the complete service
So not a happy customer

Aptive gives great Service

The technician, Dalton, was very polite and professional when I greeted him at the door. He first asked if there were any specific problem areas e needed to address, then went on to explain what he was there to do. He texted me pictures of the areas he treated, before and after.

We have consistent services when Senica is overseeing our scheduled treatment.

Seneca has been with the company for years. He knows our property, family, dogs and all the specifics of our services.

The young man was very good and answered some questions I had. He also told me my front lawn is in good shape. My back lawn could either use a reseeding or the bare spot could be a garden.
