Thank you for sharing this feedback. I can understand how disappointing it would be to be home, expecting an interior service, only to find out no one knocked and key areas were missed during the visit.

At Aptive, our service professionals are expected to make contact when an interior treatment is requested and to thoroughly service all agreed upon exterior areas, including balconies. Hearing that the visit felt rushed and that spiders were still present is concerning, and it’s not the level of care we aim to provide.
