Pouring rain when application started. I requested wasp bags for the service as that is why I hired Aptive. They said they were not included in my service. Very poor service overall.

Good service

Good service, leaves pictures, will follow up. I had under ground wasps, called and they came and took care of it as part of my service. No extra charge.

Great service!

Tech was attentive, courteous and arrived earlier than anticipated. Juan made sure to notify me of his estimated arrival and asked if we had any particular concerns. He notified me of when he completed the service and shared many images of same. Thank you, Juan!

Irresponsible and shady company

Your company does not take responsibility of wrong doings. My attached garage was not treated properly for inside rodents and my brand new vehicle was damaged. Your representative treated me like I am an idiot giving me lessons of rodent behavior and indicated customers are responsible to ask for treatment when serviced even though you already requested the service

Usually I receive pictures and a text from the exterminator the day of the treatment. I didn't even know the person was at my house and didn't have the opportunity to tell him about any issues we were having or ask him to treat inside the house.

More information before and after indoor treatments

I had a flea treatment and when I returned to my house I found foam spots on my hardwood floors, and on my carpets. I was concerned about my cat being exposed to the foam. I did speak with Jason and he advised me to just vacuum the carpets. I was also not advised that I would need to leave my house for 2 hours.

Friendly and fast

Usually, I get the same technician to come out. He knows my property and is very respectful. Remembers notes from last time where and where not to spray. And is fast and efficient.

Timely follow up call extreme heat was…

Timely follow up call extreme heat was getting tiny ants out few in house. Came out promptly day after call and treated inside and out. Problem solved. Great job by technician.
