First, we’re glad to hear that Zach made a personable impression. At Aptive, we absolutely value professionalism and strong communication, but that should always go hand in hand with honesty and integrity. If anything about the pricing discussion or expectations around matching $40 a month felt unclear or misleading, that’s something we take seriously. You should never feel like you were told what you wanted to hear just to earn your business.

We also hear your concern about communication from your service professional. Consistent updates, including notifications before service, are an important part of the experience. If those texts have stopped, we’d like to look into that right away. You deserve to feel confident that service is being completed and to have the opportunity to request anything specific before a visit.

Regarding pricing, we can’t adjust plans directly through a review, but we absolutely want to review your account and have a transparent conversation about what was discussed at signup and what options may be available. Our goal is to earn your trust long term, not just secure a new account.
