Thank you for sharing this, I really appreciate you taking the time to let us know what’s been going on. I can understand how frustrating it is to still deal with mosquito bites, especially right after a service, that’s definitely not the experience we want for you.

At Aptive, our goal is to make your outdoor space comfortable so you don’t have to think twice about stepping outside, and it sounds like we haven’t gotten that fully handled yet. Mosquito control can sometimes take a few treatments to really break the cycle, but that doesn’t mean you should be left dealing with bites in the meantime.

We’d really like the chance to take a closer look and get this corrected for you. Please reach out to us directly at socialmedia@goaptive.com so we can review your account and get a follow-up service scheduled to focus specifically on those mosquito concerns.
