We understand how important it is to know when your service is scheduled, especially when access to certain areas of the home is needed. Showing up without clear notice and not being able to fully complete the service is not how we want things handled, and we can see how that led to such a negative experience.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. I can understand how frustrating it must be to repeatedly point out the wasp nests on your soffits, be told it would be taken care of, and then continue to see them still there and growing. That’s not the follow through we expect from our service.

At Aptive, our goal is to give you peace of mind after each visit, not leave you double checking the work and feeling unheard. If nests were noted and not fully removed, that’s something we need to address directly.

We’d really appreciate the opportunity to make this right before your term ends in April. If needed, we can also schedule a follow up service within an available time frame that works best for you.
