All around great value

I really like this service. The technicians are communicative, and polite. They always ask if something specific has come up and needs to be addresses. They have separate products for rainy days. Their web stuff is very smooth. All in all a good value for a job well done.

Daniel provided the Aptive service with…

Daniel provided the Aptive service with courtesy, clarity, and covered all the areas where pests have been an issue. The only issue is he had only 2 mosquito traps instead of three in his van. He was able to provide a third indoor electronic moth/sewer fly trap. He is one of the top three technicians for me from Aptive.

Waste of money

Frankly, we started it months ago and it has been sheer wastage of money . No improvement in spider webs at all . The guy comes for treatment and next day, they are back with double attack

Update : The social Media deptt reached out & have created 2 reservices. Let's see if that helps and will come back and update review

The techs are always professional and communicative and on time . So far this being my 7th treatment all has been good . It did take the office a little time to get it right that I need after noon my scheduled time Always….

Honey bees

Full customer experience.

Asked about pest issues, listened to the problems and then actually solved the problem. He Discussed the issues so that we understood and agreed with what would be the best approach. Justin was great.

Said they completed the service even though they couldn't get in

They've been pretty good, but it seems like there is always a different technician, and we frequently have to call them back for re-treatment. No one was home during the most recent visit, and the tech said he completed the service even though he couldn't access the back yard. I could see on my cameras that he was there for 6 minutes. They no longer have email or website access, so I had to call. That left me wondering if this is a real company.

Fernando was very knowledgable and helpful!

Fernando was excellent at explaning and doing the work; and thorough at the outdoor work. He also answered my questions and did extra handling of several requests.
