Texts and phone calls went unanswered

Texts and phone calls went unanswered. Second spraying came after 107 days as opposed to quarterly (90 days). 107 is close to three times a year.
Receipt shows 24 minutes but technician was recorded for 6 minutes total time. All of this is properly documented. Will provide documents in case of any doubts.

This was a redo

This was a redo, it was sprinkling so he didn't spray he said. He said he couldn't see any problem areas so he sprinkled something. He came 2-3 hours early so I wasn't home. The scheduler told me something totally different than what was on the work order. I really don't know if he did anything. They used to put a marker in the yard letting you know they sprayed, either of them did that

They promised me they could fog my property then told they did not offer foggers. What a waste of time and money.

For the 3rd straight service my pool…

For the 3rd straight service my pool cage has not been serviced for spider websas part of the deal. And behind my sconce lights as well.

The young man that knock on my door

The young man that knock on my door, shouldn't be. solicitoring in our community. On top of that ask me for a bottle of water and then ask me to throw his empty bottle out.

That someone showed up in time window that I requested.
Had to waste time on hold for an hour to make it happen

Aptive Pest Control

All the technicians who come out are very friendly and knowledgeable. They spray the carport and our patio for spiders and wasps. They also spray the yard for ants. I'm very impressed with the service

In general pest control is good

In general pest control is good. However, I experienced a sudden influx of centipedes,millipedes around the back deck , pool area 2weeks after last visit
I called, and they came out( charged me 129 dollars too. The problem has gotten worse..found several in house.
I will be calling again...

Easy to use and Effective Service

I was skeptical of Aptive at first and honestly never buy anything from door-to-door salesmen ever, and believe me they come by my house frequently. But the bugs in my yard were getting bad this summer so I decided to sign up with Aptive and give pest control a try for the first time in my life. The sales manager that had sold me the service was knowledgeable and was easy to reach via text or email even weeks after I had purchased the service and answered any all questions I had in a prompt and professional manner. Also, I appreciate that the technicians send me a text before they are on their way to my house and I can request that they target certain areas where I have noticed an increase in bugs. Most importantly, I truly have noticed a big decrease in the amount of mosquitos and other pests in my yard and it has made working on my gardens and yard a lot more enjoyable. Overall I am happy that I have signed up with Aptive.

APTIVE PEST CONTROL SERVICES Aptive Pest Control team does an…

The Aptive Pest Control team does an excellent job keeping all kinds of creepy, crawling ugly bugs and pests from your home, inside and outside. No fleas have been brought inside to my pets due to the wonderful lawn treatment. Bees and spiders, along with other insects are treated outside and inside. Service personnel are friendly, professional and informed. Highly recommend this company for your pest control problems.

Phenomenal technician

Parker, the technician who services our home, is thorough, detail-oriented, professional, friendly and seems genuinely concerned about our experience with Aptive each and every visit. He is a great asset. I don't know what he's paid, but he probably deserves a raise. He's managed to restore our trust in Aptive, at least, in the Tampa office. We had Aptive years ago in Boca Raton, FL, who operated out of the Fort Lauderdale area, and ended up changing providers because they were so bad and ineffective.

Great company to work with!

Todd with Aptive is a gentleman and good at what he does. He did the inside and outside of our home thoroughly Aptive’s communication with this customer is very good, with emails and texts reminding us of our appointment and to let us know of any delays. We are satisfied with Aptive.
