Great product and great customer service. Very efficient ordering process and the frozen food is so well packed for shipping that it arrives still frozen. I have been a subscriber for a few years now and remain impressed by this company and their food, which my dog gobbles up!

My sensitive stomach, finicky dog, does great on the chicken and rice. Still doing well after 18 months. Always frozen on arrival and consistently fresh. Customer service has also been good.

My picky dog really likes Chicka Chicka Bow Wow from A Pup Above. I like that it is not raw but still real food. Packing materials are easy to recycle.

My dog absolutely loves A Pup Above! So much so I also have my daughters dog eating it! they get so excited at mealtime, and I love the transparency around where every ingredient is sourced. It gives me so much more confidence in what I’m feeding him. You can really tell there’s thought and care behind the food, and it’s become a favorite in our house! My ONLY wish is that there was a chicken and turkey option with NO grain. Customer service is also amazing! Coming from a Concierge Level Customer Service Director! I recommend this food to all of my clients

GREAT food, GREAT service!!

I was cooking for my dog every week, A Pup Above does it for me using essentially the same ingredients and adding peace of mind that they've got all the vitamins and minerals added. My dog Tito loves A Pup Above mixed with kibble for nutritious meals at every sitting. Highly recommend as you can see the real ingredients and read the label without needing a chemistry degree!

Dishonest and greedy. Won’t honor discount codes and will cancel order. Also good luck on canceling subscription. They took that option away so people get stuck with it. Their food is also missing omega oils. Not all recipes have it. Not worth the hassel.

I’ve found A Pup Above to be the best and most consistent brand of gently cooked food for dogs. I appreciate the company’s transparency in the clean, traceable ingredients used to make their quality food. The fact that the ingredients in their recipes can be seen and easily recognized speaks volumes to the integrity of their food. By cooking sous vide the food is always fresh and looks appetizing. My 3 little dogs (12yr old MalShiPoo, 7yr old MalShi and 3yr old Mini Australian Labradoodle) love this food! So as a concerned pet parent, I’m always striving to provide them with the best.

My pup is very healthy on the food, has been eating most of her 5.6 year life, and enjoys very much. Expensive, but good quality, and easy to buy either thru a Pup Above or locally. I greatly appreciate their occasional coupon savings.

Food that my dog will eat. This is huge and why I think it's a great product, as he won't eat most anything else! Website is a bit awkward to use, especially trying to make changes to my auto-order.

This food is the only food my VERY picky 3lb Yorkie baby girl will eat. Now she is still picky with this one a little bit. She only likes it the day I open a new package and the next day. Day 3 she won't touch it, lucky for me I also have her big brother a 10lb Morkie and he will eat anything! Orders arrive fairly quickly & still frozen. The beef stew is their favorite hands down.

I have two King Charles pups almost two. My one is super picky eater and the other follows what she does. I have tried other fresh foods and maybe I can get them to eat for a week. My two pups have been eating A Pup above for three months. The delivery is on time and always comes frozen even during this heat. I customize my order, I can change it up at anytime. It is ordered on a Monday and by Thursday it is here. They also don’t send me pesky messages all month. Just remind me of my shipment and when it gets delivered! I really like their product and so do Evie and Lily. Also great discounts to try!!!

I love A Pup Above! My dog Toby is at a healthy weight, his coat is so soft and silky and he loves the taste!

We have been with APA for several months now after having tried several other gently cooked products. Our Willow loves the texture and the variety...we typically receive four different flavors per order. The other products we tried were too mushy...we can cut APA into chunks, which Willow clearly prefers.

Great customer service. The food is a bit pricey but my dog LOVES IT! If there’s been absolutely anything wrong they’ve been AMAZING.
