AQskill is the best place to get a good tech skill mentorship. The lectures are easy going. I recommend them 100%. But the issues i have is the always logging out account which makes me frustrating all the time

App was doing fine until sometimes last year and since then i have not been able to login and access my paid courses, everytime i try to login it keeps saying "user not found". Feels like we've been scammed.

I paid for the UI/UX course and up to now, it hasn't been added to my list of courses, can you please check it?

I had issues with downloading my lesson videos. They responded in less than an hour after my complaint and followed through till it was resolved. I'm really enjoying the app and the detailed contents of the courses. I recommend this to everyone. Excellent customer service. Good job!
