Great Bath Shower From Aquability …
Great Bath Shower From Aquability and very safe gatting in as every time in the past getting into a Bath when you are getting older is very hard and unstedy the Goverment should give older people a grant to have a safer bath instaled to just walk into it as not many OAPs cant have got the money so thank you Aquability for ours as you say old out new in in a day our guy who fitted ours was fantastic not any mess any where

Efficient and reliable
Everything, under Aquability's control, went according to plan.
Workmanship was good.
We are pleased with the result.
The only hassle was with the contractor ('Clearabee') they use, to clear up the rubbish. They were a bit unreliable.
All turned out well in the end.

The salesman made promises company didnt keep
The salesman made promises. To complete refit of my bathroom. The delivery was prompt.
The fitter for whole bathroom was alone (and creepy). The workmanship was poor. He even flooded a downstairs room. A half finished bathroom when he left. Needing..new ceiling. Walls- re-tiling as some was atrocious! And window cils. A square hole filled that had a round toilet waste pipe.
The new boiler had to have its liquids redone at 5weeks old.
After making a complaint. Someone came to view and was sending the creepy fitter back.. i said NO. Cost me more money to have it corrected and finished!! Another nearly £4.000.
I wanted to keep my old disabled taps. The fitter took them. (Theft in my eyes)
This was a few years ago.. 2021-22.
Ive put this on now as seen them advertising in the lifestyle - mobility free magazine!! All those vulnerable disabled people!!

Thank you for your feedback and for getting in touch with us so that we could locate your records. Having seen our inspectors report on your installation, I can only apologise for the poor finish and incomplete tiling. I can also assure you that your installer has not worked for us for some years, as unfortunately there was a real decline in his workmanship over the last period of his employment, which we later discovered, correlated with a decline in his health. It’s awful to hear that you felt uncomfortable having him in your home and I’m very sorry that this happened to you and only wish we were aware of this at the time.
Our records show that we tried to arrange to send our inspector back to complete the installation and put things right, but you had suffered a fall and were in hospital for some time. You later informed us that a third party had carried out the remedial works and we therefore waived the final payment as we had not completed the installation.
If you have paid more than the balance that was owing to to finish the works you may be entitled to compensation. Please send me your receipts if you still have copies or are able to obtain them and we will reimburse you for any reasonable cost incurred completing the contract.
We hope you are getting on well with the walk-in bath itself. If you are having any issues, please let us know. We would be happy to help in any way we can.

Excellent unpressured introduction. Useful info and advice. Walk-in bath with electrically operated rise-and-fall seat essential to a wife with arthritis and a handy novelty to me. Super new shower a bonus. Aquability staff very helpful and understanding. Office easily contacted.

Both the man who came to see us originally was very pleasant and ‘definitely knew everything about the product’ that we purchased. The man who did the fitting was also very pleasant and very hardworking - I don’t think he took a break all day! Really good job
Really good job. Neat, no mess, and minimum disruption. Old bath was replaced with a walk-in one the same day, and the old bath was collected from outside the next day.

Everything went according to plan
Everything went according to plan. It's true that the job couldn't be done on the day first arranged but it was carried out soon afterwards.
The man who carried out the work was courteous and efficient. He cleaned up well afterwards and very little dust was created. I am pleased with my new shower.

The work was started on correct day and on time. The plumber worked efficiently, explains along the way. He worked clean and tidy. Great job.

From start to finish my parter aged 73…
From start to finish my parter aged 73 and myself aged 60 were given PERFECT service …max at head office who we did deal with and Alan who who sold us Aquability as a company and products …then a Scottish chap think his name was Robert .. fitted the shower and surroundings ..such a well mannered man with positive energy and incredible service done in a day with perfection and cleanliness , we really can’t praise him enough …then next day rubbish removed by CLEERBEE rubbish removals 2 chaps sent us text and email to tell us time they were coming …so you can plan youre day with ease..we just can’t give enough PRAISE for EVERYTHING and EVERYONE..we were so apprehensive about everything due to past experiences…we had NOTHING to worry about , if you want a job done fast efficiently and clean …then choose AQUABILITY ..my partner had a bath with a shower in for years , she’d fell 3 times badly ,when she used walk in shower first time she cried , it’s life saver and overnight she’s gone back 10 years in confidence and energy THANK YOU …

Posting on behalf of mum. Great service and communication throughout. Only took 1 morning to install the shower pod and all the rubbish was collected later the same day. Mum said the person doing the quote and fitter were very nice.
