New shower,sink unit and toilet
I needed a walk in shower to replace a small bath I could not use. Due to position the sink had to go and so matching toilet also. It did take a long time for the items to be delivered but I was told that it would. After that installation was quick and efficient with everything ripped out, plumbing fixed shower sink and toilet installedin 1 day
Everyting works so much better and is smart and modern, water pressure improved and cleaniness much better. I can usr shower and toilet easily and feel better in daily life.
The installers were excellent workers, arrived early and worked hard all day to finish the job. They were polite and friendly with mimimum disruption explaned everything and cleared up when finished . Sorry I forget their names
So far my new shower is a great improvement in my life making self care easy and pleasant.

The whole process from arranging homeâŠ
The whole process from arranging home visit to installation was simple. Delivery was when it was said it would be . Fitters arrived on time and work quickly and effectively. Only downside was the old bath and other parts were in the front garden for a few days before being collected. If we knew anyone was in the market for the same thing I would not hesitate to recommend Aquability.

We were impressed from start to finish
We were impressed from start to finish, the installation took slightly longer due to an issue with our electrics but this was all explained at each step. The removal of our old bath was seamless and I didn't even realise it had gone until they started to bring the new shower in. It was inspected a couple of weeks later which again I was expecting.

A fantastic company who put the customer at the heart of everything!
From the sales rep who took everything into account, offering sound advice; to the installer who arrived as planned, worked cleanly and professionally throughout, and kept us informed; Aquability are to be commended! Even the rubbish was picked up by a third party within an hour of completion.
But it didn't end there! A post completion visit to sign off the shower installation identified an issue with the electricity supply to the property. Knowing the resident was a vulnerable pensioner, Aquability's electrician captured all the necessary information and liaised with the electricity supplier direct... which resulted in a replacement of the supply cable to the house. Now that's "above and beyond"!!!

Our experience from Aquability was fantastic from start to finish from planning and measuring, everything was explained easily so from the start. Delivery came the morning that was arranged Danny the installer and the electrician turned up on the installation day 8-15am was all done before 5-00pm the same day as they said it would be I asked Danny about the rubbish he said it would be picked up the next day I got a text from them and it said they were half an hour away all gone nothing left on site brilliant service from Aquability, I would recommend the Company in an instant old school values the old saying you pay a bit more for quality and service and they deliver it.
