Rockit 10’2 (Pink)!

The website was really easy to navigate. I rang to check if they delivered to my area and the lady was very helpful. My only regret, was not buying the paddle board a week later as they were offering a free electric pump! Never mind! Love the board.

One of the best companies.

I received two paddleboards from Aquaplanet, and they are a brilliant company to buy from. They are very helpful and friendly, and their delivery was really fast. I highly recommend them. I'm really happy with the paddleboards too, as they will bring some great experiences.

3 weeks and counting for delivery

I ordered almost 3 weeks ago and still have not received my order. Aquaplanet sent an initially message within one hour of purchasing to confirm that my order had been dispatched. There have been no updates or correspondence since this. No delivery note from DPD apart from an initial email to say they are expecting my package. I have purchased from aquaplanet in the past and think their products and services are usually reliable (justification for 2 stars rather than 1 star) however this experience has been far from satisfactory as I continue to wait for my order to arrive.

Just buy one, you know you want to!

After lots of prevaricating I eventually got round to finally buying a sup. I spent hours researching and deliberating and ended up buying a competitors board! It has to be said that it was between aqua planet and this other retailer, I only went with them due to price. After buying and eventually being made aware that I wasn’t getting my 48hr delivery but that of a 4 week delivery, I naturally requested and received a refund. The next thing I did was call the aqua planet customer service line as I had questions, the lady I spoke to was amazingly helpful and informative to the point that I immediately parted with my cash!

The very next day I received my board but sadly was unable to take it on holiday (at least that’s what my wife said!), and therefore had to wait a few weeks before letting it loose on the water! Well it was absolutely worth the wait, a quality board which is of amazing quality, easy to set up and put together and ultimately use. I opted for the 11’8 which I’m really pleased I did as it will easily accommodate me and the dog. The only thing I would state is that whilst the pump is a great workout I shall be investing in an electric pump (I get enough arm workout at the gym!).

All in all I am absolutely over the moon with the product down to the look, workmanship and usage of the board, and also found the customer service to be exemplary. Looking forward to long days padding now!

Do NOT buy from this company.

Utterly appalling customer service from Aquaplanet.

Do NOT waste your money on their shoddy not fit for purpose paddle boards.

Like one of the reviews above, our Pace SUP developed a small leak in the seam and it’s plainly obvious that this is a manufacturing defect. It’s only just over a year old and has had very little use and has been looked after as per their instructions.

Their customer service response was utterly patronising, stating obvious things that we would have done to make it faulty.

They even suggested making the small hole in the seam a lot bigger so we could use the glue provided to repair it ourselves.

If this SUP needs repair in just over a year having such little use, IT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!

Again do NOT buy from them!

We are sorry that you were unhappy with the advice that we provided. When you got in touch, you asked us for help on how to fix a leak on the seam. Out team reviewed the details you had provided and gave instructions on how to go about completing a repair. Due to the location of a leak on the seam, it is necessary to open up the seam in order to apply glue to the right place in order to stem a leak. We also provided links to videos so that you could see how to do this. Unfortunately, outside of the 1 year warranty we are limited with the support we can provide.

Minor/major problems

Numerous MINOR problems with my purchase, handled terribly by Aquaplanet causing it to be a MAJOR joke.
Back and forward with emails and photos and videos to PROVE that the product received is not up to scratch. Since march (?)
VERY disappointed. After years of buying kayaks, canoes, camping equipment my first ever issue has been with Aquaplanet and still no resolution has been reached.

Gauge on the pump has never worked so my board is either under-inflated which I don’t know until on the water - or blown up to the point it feels like it might explode.
Video sent to customer service of this as per their request. Then another video requested as apparently it wasn’t long enough and I have to use the pump for 15 minutes before the gauge will move (ha- ha)
The Fin is a nightmare to get in then does not come out once forced on without using a tool. My husband is a 90kg athlete and he cannot get this in or out without an absolute palaver - I’m a 64kg woman it’s impossible for me. Meaning when I go out I either leave the fin off or have to inconveniently carry it back to the car as won’t fold to fit in the bag when it’s on.
Paddle has the same problem. completely locked shut after one use (was advised to heat one part to try and loosen as possibly wet sand jamming it. not exactly convenient in the middle of a camp or loch) Sent pictures and videos of us attempting to take them apart. Pictures to prove we haven’t abused or bent it in one use.
Videos of it along side our old abused and well used decathlon paddle which has had YEARS of sand, grass, salt, fresh water easily come apart and easily slides to adjust height.
I’ve resorted to using this one instead so I can at least still get use of the board.
One last gripe - which I wouldn’t complain about had it not been for the S Show above- why are companies still making products designed for salt water with zips that WILL rust and break.
I would never, ever recommend Aquaplanet which is really sad because the board itself I really love and was so excited to have lots of adventures on .

Your response just absolutely cements never using you again.
Our emails, videos, AND pictures detailed exactly what the problems were.
We took a while replying at one point due to feeling like we were banging our heads against a brick wall, going back and forth over emails
who has time for it ? We are a busy family and didn’t have time to take out the board, have one person video while the other demonstrated the problems AGAIN.
Even with a break in communication it still doesn’t take till the middle of August to resolve.
I have just received a new paddle and new pump. Hopefully works better than the last.

I am sorry that you are unhappy with the way that we have handled your query. It is standard that we need to be able to see what is happening when a problem is reported with a product so that we can review this and see if the item is being used correctly. Often there are things that can be done to fix the issue without a return or replacement being needed. The reason that this has taken so long to resolve is that we have not received answers to the questions that we have asked. Unfortunately the videos you supplied did not show the same problems you were reporting.

It is rare to get a faulty gauge on a manual pump, and often the solution is to keep on pumping. It does take around 15 minutes to fully inflate a SUP to 15 PSI by hand. We asked multiple times how long you had been pumping and also gave some tips on how to check the gauge, but we did not get a response to this for 2 months. We have tried to explain how to fit the fin. It sounds like the fin box has gotten bent whilst it has been packed and stored. We sent a video to how you how you an heat the fin box to help it return to a flat position, which will mean the fin will slide in much easier. Hopefully this has resolved the issue for you, as we have not heard back from you again since we asked you try this.

We do pride ourselves on our customer service. I am sorry that this has not lived up to your expectations. We hope you have still been able to enjoy your paddle experience.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish

I’ve had my Aquaplanet paddleboard for a few years and have always loved it. Recently, it unfortunately gave out unexpectedly while inflated to the correct pressure on a warm day. I got in touch with their customer service team mainly to let them know what had happened, and I was genuinely impressed by their response.

They were incredibly understanding, clearly explained what had likely caused the issue, and even offered to send a replacement board, despite it being out of warranty. I was really grateful for their support.

It is rare to find a company that stands by its products and treats its customers so well. Every time I have dealt with Aquaplanet it has been a positive experience, but this was exceptional.

Thanks to their help, we are now back on the water and looking forward to the rest of the summer. This was genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I have had.

Highly recommend.

Followed an ad from FB and was tempted


Followed an ad from FB and was tempted by the sale. A couple of years ago I became a watersports instructor and used the work boards, finally I was thinking of buying my own, have heard good things about Aquaplanet so thought I'd see what they were like, I'm a larger gent (116kg at time of writing, trying to lose get to sub 100😅) so the 11'8 Max seemed like a good choice. Build quality is very good on first impression, we have Red (these are 8 yrs old and still going strong with repeated abuse from hire sessions and school groups)and fanatic boards at work and the Aquaplanet board is close if not better than those! I like the full width grip pad and the way the D rings are secured, the quick release fins are a great addition! The carbon fusion paddle is comfortable and looks great, added bonus it floats! The pump is good too, the dual action feature is useful for quicker inflation. We also use northern diver boards which are terrible but cheap, so having a price point between the Red and Northern diver the Aquaplanet is better value than the Red but far superior to the ND. Delivery was quick

AquaPlanet Pace 10.6

We ordered two AquaPlanet Pace boards ready for a holiday in France. The boards arrived as described and are clearly very well made. We had a small issue with one board whilst in France and AquaPlanet’s customer service in resolving the problem was first class. Would definitely recommend if you’re dipping your first paddle boarding toe in the water.

Update!!!

Don't buy an aquaplanet board!!!
My deck pad has come away from the deck and the handle in the middle has ripped off... aquaplanet say they don't sell a replacement pad... thought this would last me a life time but clearly not... £600 down the drain!!!!

My board is absolutely amazing but the deck pad is unique to the Wilderness board with raised rails on the sides for extra grip when on the white water.

I can't find a replacement pad anywhere online and it's beyond repair!

The pad is beyond repair!!!.. I am not stupid... I used to repair surfboards and snowboards... I would like to purchase a new deck pad which is what's required!!!

Poor Advise - Incomplete order - spare parts not available

I would not recommend their paddle boards. I recently purchased two boards for my 13 year old and 10 year old. The boards arrived next day, BUT pin was missing for one of the fins. I emailed company for replacement and was told don't really need it in a email but I can buy one for £1.15 and gave me link - but unfortunately they sold out. I guess this why sent me incomplete board - all thwir safety literature states must use pin and the fin is important for stability and direction - so fin important for safety and remember these products going to be used by children! Aquapantsports advise was dont worry do dont really need it - use the board without it. On our first secession we lost the fin. So pin was important!!!!. I tried to buy replacement fin but their website states told out and cant supply them with no lead time - so makes their product unusable until they come back into stock - I emailed company but not had response as yet, but I guess can take a few days. So may advise avoid this product, if cant buy replacement parts its a poor value and poor deal and not sure their advise can be trusted either, we followed it and I feel let down and whole experience been total waste of money and ruining our weekend because cant use of boards safely - lead time for replacement fin is unknown. I tried buying universal one but most boards 9in and this board in 8in and cant seem find a replacement because not standard size fitting. AVOID AVOID

I am ever so sorry to hear that you have lost your fin on the first outing. When you got in touch with us to let us know the locking pin was missing on arrival, we explained that most of the time this is not needed due to the way that it fits into the fin box tightly, and the fact that you would need to be going backwards to knock this out. We were not able to send out a replacement for you as we do not have stock, this is arriving shortly. Instead, we provided you a link to find these to be purchased from other retailers.

The SUP can be paddled without a fin, but we gave advice on where you could get this missing part should you feel more secure in locking it in.

Please do check in your spam/junk folder, as we have replied to you earlier email, addressing the points you have raised.

I am sorry that you have felt the need to post this review, as we have tried our best to help you out to get you on the water without delay.

There are many options to purchase slide in SUP fins from other retailers, You just need to check the base (slide in section) measurement. I think the measurement you are referring to may be the length of the fin.
