Numerous emails asking me why i want to cancel ? Ive explained numerous times and 12 hours later still no refund or cancelation
Im starting to feel they have stats and they dont want to cancel as it would go against them luterally 12 houes ive been trying to cancel and even though sophie acknoledged i want to cancel still no cancelation now ive got jade emailing aaking me why also even though ive explained
Best of it is item isnt even dispatched ao please just CANCEL and refund and stop palming me off asking me to explain why.

Customer service has been exceptional with constant updates to the progress of my order (Special mention should go to Antria for help and advice). As a first time purchaser of an inflatable kayak all email enquiries were responded to immediately offering advice and guidance.
Although I've just received the kayak and not had the opportunity to use it, I've been very impressed with the design and quality of the product. Very simple and straightforward to inflate as is the positioning of the seats and footrests. Deflation of the kayak is also very simple with the advantage of the supplied pump being able to operate in reverse to draw all the air out, making it simple to fold and package into the supplied holdall. This is large enough to store not only the kayak but also the paddles, pump, seats and foot rests too. Additionally, it's fitted with should straps and waist band for carrying.
Overall the is a well designed, great looking product that's backed up with excellent customer service.

I cannot recommend Wave highly enough! I recently ordered the Trailblazer 3.0, but realized after the fact that I had mistakenly selected the Blue version instead of the Camo.
I reached out to the team and had the pleasure of speaking with Henry and Antria, both of whom provided 10/10 customer care. Not only were they incredibly polite and professional, but they went above and beyond to fix my mistake. They arranged for a courier to collect the Blue unit covering the entire cost themselves and then shipped out the correct Camo model before the original had even arrived back at their warehouse.
The level of trust and proactive communication was fantastic. Itâs rare to find a company that prioritises their customers to this extent.
I will be using again!

The customer service at Wave was very good - I interacted with many advisors (Esther, Milly, Henry and Sophie) pre-purchase (deciding which Kayak to chose) and post-purchase to resolve quieries, and they always replied in good time and were very helpful.
I ordered the 3 person Trailblazer Kayak and it seems to be made of high quality material and looks great ðð». We still need to try it out in the water. There was an issue where the product was a bit different to what was online (one skeg instead of two) but I believe that was an admin error and the team helped resolve queries about this.

I ordered a kayak from Wave and when it arrived there was a fin missing. I contacted Wave and they got straight back to me, after I gave them my order number Sophie was able to get the fin sent out to me, it arrived next day and she sent me a waterproof phone case aswell.
Absolutely great customer service, will definitely be ordering from them again!
