Great filters, my water quality has improved dramatically.

Online order was great. However if someone can me as we have purchased a 2 year old home with your existing system installed to make sure I have ordered the correct filters and explain the issue if the filters are left in longer than they should be and we have been drinking the water. Filter is great, especially as you can back flush it.

My water filter arrived on time , it was very well packaged to prevent any damage during transit, and I was kept informed of the progress

A little more information would be handy. Eg. Is the filter reverse flushable. I could not find any information on this. I have blown air throught it in reverse so I suppose it can be reverse flushed.
