Super QUICK DELIVERY. Everything left as advertised.

Excellent product was dispatched and arrived in a timely manner

Very good and fast service

The filter was delivered quite quickly. Unfortunately i did call before i ordered to ask about the fittings and was told the wrong information. Luckerly the local Reece plumbing store was able to assist.

Worst customer service ever, do not buy from this company.

Disappointed overall with service and in part with product. Bought the Aqua Pro Counter Top Filtration system online... after no update on the order being shipped after a number of days, I contacted Aqua Plus twice regarding this. Was told one 'had been sent' but that they would send another to us and that we were to return send the first when it arrived. I was then sent a tracking number... but found it strange no tracking number was given for the first system that was supposedly sent in the first instance (which never showed up). When the system arrived, I then went to connect it to the tap and found none of the tap adapters in the box when it arrived with fit our standard kitchen sink tap. When I emailed for some guidance as to how I could fix this, find one that fit, I received no reply. Poor service overall.

Very fast delivery and product delivered as promised

Great product as described, quick turnaround for delivery.

I have not been able to use the product as it doesn't fit our HANSA tap and either does the adaptors. Called them to see if there was any they could do. No answer. A random mobile calls me back and doesn't say who he is and no caller ID. He said he'll try find an adaptor just send him pictures and address. Done that. Still haven't heard anything a week later. Communication is poor.

Installed on my caravan from the water tanks to the cold water tap, water tastes awesome, very happy with this product and highly recommend it

Bought Tap Master - Water Saving Device many years ago and the old one finally need a replacement recently. Very happy with the product, and online order and delivery process is smooth.

Only just received the filtration system so can’t yet comment regarding being fit for purpose.
However regarding ordering and delivery, very easy to place my order and delivery from NSW to Qld was prompt, therefore very satisfied thus far.
