I have been looking for a special tub & always went through retail stores. Since I couldn’t find what I really wanted I started on the net.
No matter what I lookEd at I kept going back to Aquatica.
Boy an I glad I did. The best part wAs Gorham I sales. The nice guy put up with my multitude of questions.
I can’t wAit for my tub to arrive. Not only did I get the air bath but it’s is Cobalt Blau.

It will absolutely be the star of my new bathroom.

Aquatica customer service was excellent. My representative, Goran was amazing. He answered all my questions, arranged for me to view the tub at the South Florida warehouse. Just wonderful!!!

Very impressed with the support I have received in the purchase process. From Ana in the technical Department going out of her way to send me a 3D model of the bath, to the support and information received from Goran that allowed me to finalize my purchase. Has been great.

Excited and looking forward to getting my Ofuro soaking tub and getting it installed.

My direct dealings with Aquatics USA were great. I loved their tools that let me see how people of different heights would fit in the tub. Ordering from their website was easy, and I received a follow up to confirm my order. (The tub when it arrived was also fantastic.)

However, the shipping was a nightmare. We were given an end-of-day delivery window...and they never arrived, or called to cancel. However, the tub was marked delivered in their system, which took several calls over multiple days and at least one more missed delivery window to resolve. If this is an outside shipping contractor, they might consider finding a new one.

Goran from the Sales Department provided excellent service. Shipping was promptly and professionally arranged.

Although I don’t often write reviews, l was compelled to write this review about Aquatica, their product and customer service. My new Sensuality bathtub has exceeded all of my expectations for its beauty and elegance, and is now the focal point of my newly remodeled bathroom. My sales representative Goran Stankovic was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in answering any and all of my questions. Goran went above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend Aquatica products and service to anyone.

Outstanding customer service! I felt appreciated from beginning to end and am so satisfied with our Purescape freestanding tub. It’s beautiful, comfortable and retain heat for hours. What a wonderful centerpiece to our new bath.

What a beautiful tub! I love it!
It is the statement piece in my 40 sq. ft
bathroom. I soak and it feels as if I am in a hot tub.....I have been known to soak for a full hour which is bliss!
I am 5’7” and can sit and extend my legs fully in the 55” tub. We probably should have raised the shower head a few inches higher than it was in my last tub/shower combo.

The team was wonderful to deal with throughout the entire process. One contact in the sales department helped me with order, answered all questions even as they came up along the way with the remodel. Resulted in smooth sailing with the install. Always prompt in returning calls and email. Only caution is the lead time for the order was a lot longer than expected but it wasn’t an issue as my project was slowed down at one point. Also my tub was a brand new model and first to me made so that impacted the time too. Highly recommend. Customer service (Jarek) was fantastic! Tub is awesome and the website was very helpful with all the specs for a DIYer. I now have my dream bathroom!

I ordered a rather unusual bath tub from Aquatica last December. Ordering from North Carolina, I found myself working with sales reps in Poland, Washington State and who knows where.
Ultimately I received the tub about 6 weeks after the original date advised.
Product was intact, delivery smooth. Very expensive, probably 200% of true value. Due to the unusual triangular shape of the tub that worked in my bath space, I ate the cost and moved on.
