The boiler service was easy to book on line and a time slot was given. I was kept up to date as to the time the engineer would arrive.

Toilet cistern not filling correctly. Sent Aquila photos of the inside of the cistern, Phil responded immediately with details of the correct replacement parts and then Declan arrived on the 17th July, precisely on time, to install the replacement parts, and the cistern operated correctly. No mess , no fuss. Declan was extremely courteous and friendly and was happy to answer any questions. Excellent service. I have found Aquila to be very reliable and very helpful.

Aquila installed 3 air conditioning units in the upstairs of our house. Following an onsite survey, their quote was very competitive and gave me full confidence in their ability to deliver to our requirements. Their team arrived on time and were very clean and tidy. They demonstrated great expertise and left us with an a/c system that works superbly well and looks great. It comes with remote control and an app on the phone for precise control. We’re very happy.

Aquila is a company I would recommend without hesitation. The staff in whatever their role knew their roles & were more than happy to answer all my questions. The fitters left the house very clean & tidy.

An excellent job installing my new boiler from start to finish. From the initial engagement to price the work to the engineer turning up on time to install the boiler.
The work was completed within the agreed tie and the engineer completed the work with minimum disruption.
He was professional in his approach and left my property with no sign of work having been completed which is very rare these days.

Overall now satisfied. BUT job took 3days instead of the 2 quoted and The total account was more than quoted as additional fittings were apparently required with no costings given or confirmation of the need for fittings

When you've always received great customer service from a local reliable family run supplier / installer & service company, why would you want to go anywhere else. I've been using Aquila for years.

Just a boiler annual service and check. There engineer bang on time, very professional and area left clean and tidy. Would recommend.

Annual Boiler service. Previous services done by a different company who let us down badly when we had a fault on our boiler. AQUILA were recommended to us by a neighbour who sorted out our central heating fault very professionally & competently. We subsequently booked them for our annual boiler service - again their response to service request & actual servicing was excellent.
Highly recommended.
