Slow delivery but great customer service
Quality of jewellery and packaging is beautiful. Customer service was responsive. But delivery took 2 weeks from order date. So take that into account when ordering.

Thank you for your order and for taking the time to leave a review. Apologise for the wait for the package, I have tracked your order and it is scheduled to arrive today (5th of August 2024).
Shipping is done through Australia Post and you do not need to download an app, tracking can be done via the Australia Post website or through the link that you have been emailed. If you need the tracking link to be re-sent please let me know.

Thank you for your order and for taking the time to leave a review. The promotion is when three items are added to your cart, the price of the third item is free which is automatically applied.
As your order was for only two items, you received the two items in your order. We would be happy to send you a third pair of earrings for free.
