The abaya I ordered had some dirt marks when it arrived. I raised this with customer service via the Chat function - it was not very fast or efficient to get a reply.

The shipping fee is high, and you have to pay customs duty on delivery when it arrives. In the case of other stores, there is no customs duty upon arrival, so this store's delivery method should be improved. The product design is very nice.

I paid 20 eur for intl shipping and you sent it with the slowest courrier possible so I was not able to actually use it - ordered sep 9 and not received by sep 25.

The product may be okay but if everything else doesn’t work, it’s not good. Would not recommend

The abayas looked gorgeous online, so I purchased it since the 05th Sept 2022 and till date I have not received my abayas. My last communication from the buyer stated I would receive my orders not later than 16th September 2022. I can successfully confirm that I have not receive any more update from the buyer, no replies back partaining my refund as I found an alternative due to the late delivery. My order of the 2 abayas purchased are still on transit even after paying £24 as delivery charge for express delivery.
As a first time customer, I am really displeased with this service.

Terrible customer service! I ordered some hijabs that are way too small to be even termed as hijab, rather they should be scarf. When I started live chat with them that I want to return them, they simply said we can't accept return due to hygiene reasons even after I mentioned that they are unused and in the packaging that came with them. This is completely unacceptable. The business doesn't know customers rights and are making stupid policies. Opening paypal case to resolve the issue. But I will never recommend anyone to purchase from this website.

The online chat help was not very responsive, the replies I found on email and not on the live chat

What was most disappointing was after all the trouble I experiencing with the website I managed to finally place an order but without the new user discount so I later asked for this to be applied and they just ignored my email and messages relating to this
