I like the personal touch with the service.

First time purchase from this business. Ordered smart, pull up trousers for my husband and product and delivery was perfect.

I had to return my order 2 weeks ago

Great quality products at a reasonable price. Have ordered twice now on behalf of my dad and have been very happy with the service.

My wife and I have always had quality service from Care Clothing and it is a pleasure doing business with them. The trousers I have bought have been well made and hard wearing and comfortable. They are easy to put on with elasticated waist and fully washable and hardly need ironing.

Easy to order, great quality trousers and delivered within a few days

Still waiting for a response and refund

Quick turnaround on my order. Men's trousers arrived and fitted my husband well. I have noted the fit varies and the quality and colour is different from the previous ones we bought but all in all, still my husband is still happy.

Trousers are fine, BUT ....
Ordered 27 April, allegedly posted "by7 May"
Arrived 17 May. 10 days for a tracked package suggests you should find out the route used by the mail service or find an alternative. The last order took almost as long and I did phone about it. Perhaps you could inform the recipient about 'tracking'

Prompt service and good quality, value for money products, which are hard to obtain easily, elsewhere.

I never received my order, I found out it was returned to sender in December, I have not received a refund or the trousers despite correspondence with the company, not happy at all

Unfortunately the trousers were unsuitable .
I have sent email asking for the company returns procedure but up to now there has been no response?
Finally a response a month later.
But theTrousers were returned over two weeks ago and I had a message a refund is being processed but only a partial refund,they are deducting £5 so in effect I have paid postage both ways,!!!
Will not order from this company again😠

Poor customer service. Received the wrong colour but unable to contact company for exchange

I have emailed the company twice. I ordered light blue but got the dark blue which my husband already has. I was willing to return and exchange but he has now worn it

The material the trousers are made of are not very good as they seem very stiff and tend to stay creased and not to fall nicely after sitting down.

The trousers are good quality and a nice fit. I had to wait quite a while for them to be delivered but the customer service person was very helpful and tried his best.
