quick delivery, but the quality of the hijabs i got at the price wasn't good at all... you can get better quality hijabs at your local islamic bookshop or market at a much cheaper price. i liked the range of colours and styles but the quality is just not worth the price.

I placed an order and I had some issues as one of the items was lost. I contacted the customer service and the lady was very helpful. She even provided a replacement for the item even though it was not the company fault. Definitely I'll keep buying from them.

The process was smooth and easy, my parcels always arrive in perfect condition, great products and great prices !

I live in Australia and shipping was super quick. Great customer service and the Abaya I got is so beautiful. Very good quality and such a unique design.

Delivery was quick, however the product was too long to the size ordered , so reluctantly had to return costing more to return.

Rubbish. Wont ever order from here again.
They sent me the wrong item!! Not even a different colour- the wrong item completely. When I emailed them they said the item was out of stock so refunded me for that item. Which left me with the other item I bought which only cost £3.99 but I had to pay £4.49 delivery for. They wouldn’t refund me the delivery cost even though I wouldn’t have paid that for a £3.99 item!
Rubbish customer service. Person who whatsapped me (not even emailed) was useless.
The items that I got were cheap and tacky anyway.
If you want a neck cover don’t get it from here as doesnt actually cover the neck. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

I was happy with experience i had with this product and the site I hope there will be front opening winter prayer dresses available too .
price was ok I wish they gave first time buyer free delivery or some sort of discount

I have ordered so many hijabs from Arabesque. In particular the jersey and georgette hijabs. I love the quality of fabric and there are so many colours! I have quite a collection now lol. I would request please bring back your jersey hijabs in stock; quite a few colours are out of stock. I love everything I’ve ordered and received compliments on the hijabs. Fast delivery too! ❤️
