As always Sinead Swayne has come up trumps with our latest insurance renewal. We have full trust in Sinead to source the best premium for us to suit our needs and look forward to doing business again in the future as our other insurances come up for renewal.

I work in the financial sector and received an email re insurance, gave them a call and spoke to a very helpful guy called Dean who has guided me through the whole process, he is a credit to your company, his efficiency was outstanding and very helpful. The person with whom I dealt was so professional: knew what to do and how to do it; was pleasant and warm at all times, yet never overstepped the mark. Nothing was too much trouble. It was not possible for me to give her all the information on my first call. I asked if I could contact her on the first working day afterwards. Her response was that she would contact me. Early in the working morning if the specified day. Which she did. It is not often that people in companies follow through on a promise. She did. She also phoned me back after we had completed the car insurance renewal with news that there was more and better cover regarding one issue than I had thought. True customer service because it was unlikely - and is - that I would have double-checked in the small print afterwards.

Dealt with Tara today regarding a car insurance issue. She advised me to hold on while she investigated my query. The phone call got cut off but she immediately rang me back. She advised my issue would be resolved by end of day. It was...Tara was true to her word so it's a 5 star review from me. Thank you Tara.

My brother (RIP) used this company for his business Insurace, while I was taking care of his estate they have provided me an excellent customer service and always available at the end of the phone/ email to answer all my questions.
When a refund was due they fully investigated and credited brothers estate with same. I dealt with Mr Robert Gibbons, and he responded to me professionally and timely manner at all times.

I had a call today with Sean Barry to get a quote for private practice insurance. This is my first time actually getting this type of insurance. He was professional and friendly over the phone, made the process straight forwad and quick and answered all of my questions.

Lucie was brilliant, she followed up with my insurer to get the most competitive quote and got a good reduction with my insurer, thank you Lucie I was lucky to find someone like you on the phone line,

I have been dealing with Sinead Swayne for a number of years and I find the service she provides to be second to none.

I have dealt with Glennon Insurance for many years with our three family cars. They have recently been taken over by Arachas. On 06-03-2025, I rang with a number of enquiries - I had to wait on the line for a very long time. When I requested a call-back, I received one fairly quickly. From then on my experience was excellent. Clodagh Kenny was extremely helpful, pleasant, and clear. She answered all my questions and very quickly emailed me all my revised documents.
