Avoid the Peugeot 3008 Plug-in Hybrid and Arbury Peugeot Bulkington

When I bought the car, I was told that a full charge would give around 30 miles of electric range, but it only gave me about 14 miles. Once the battery was depleted, the car used a lot of petrol.

After just 3 months of use, the car developed major electrical issues. The service department took 3 weeks to diagnose the problem, and I wasn't provided with a courtesy car. They also gave me what I felt were unreasonable reasons to avoid covering the repair under the warranty. The repair quote was £3,800.

The car looks nice, and I thought I was buying an affordable luxury SUV, but in my experience the car is rubbish. I wouldn't trust these people.

bought car brand new from here as soon as warranty ran out things started going wrong and given no assistance to rectify issues. Have to book services or mots 3 weeks in advance unless you want a courtesy car then best book 2 months in advance. There is no customer loyalty and very little customer service, when I spoke about latest issue with car when it went for service and they weren't interested when I mentioned it afterwards they said we would get in touch and they never did. This is from my own experience but all they are interested in taking your money.

I took my car for it's service and MOT at Arbury and i can't talk more highly of them. The service team was exceptional and so was the quality of the work. I will defiantly be using them again. Special thanks to Niki, Tim and their Manager Emily. See you next time 👍🏻

My 2 year old Nissan has been recalled for a fault. I booked this on only to be told I need to pay for a courtesy car which I am not prepared to do for something that is not my fault. The sales team have been really unhelpful. I am now driving a car with a fault until I am able to manage without it for a full day. The customer service has been abysmal.

We recently leased a new car from Arbury and can not recommend highly enough. We are delighted with our new car but must also mention the seamless process and exceptional customer service we experienced.

Booked my car in for service. Arrived, waited to be spoken to by staff. Told car couldn't be serviced due to lack of parts. Couldn't have been contacted before I drove to the service centre. Assured I'd be contacted when the part was available. 6 weeks later, no update.

Great customer service. Looking forward to driving my new car. Staff were attentive and helpful but not pushy in any way.

Purchased vehicle May 2025 and it started to fault almost immediately. Took months to get it booked in (September 2025) and told nothing wrong with it. Faulted immediately once we got the car back. Then took a further 8 months for them to book it in again (May 2026). Vehicle refunded after two weeks with no fuel and damage in two areas. Returned the car to them 2 weeks later for them to repair damage - not only did they not repair the damage (but told me they had repaired), they caused further damage. Now won’t respond to emails even with CEO copied in. Complaints team don’t respond and neither do head office.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - THE MOST AWFUL DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEAKT WITH !!

Terrible service. Walked in and around for about 10 mins. Loads of staff visible. Not even a hello, never mind anything else. I approached a team member to get some questions answered, almost felt like I was inconveniencing him the way he was answering my questions, moved onto another colleague who was just as unhelpful and they didn’t want my 35k. Took my details as a means of getting rid of me saying someone would get back to me. 3 days later still nothing. You guys are obviously made of money if that’s how you treat customers. Anyway my money spent else where. I very rarely post reviews but this visit of mine left me with no choice but to make your management aware of how poor that place is run.

Purchased new Cupra Born beginning of April and took a service plan out at the same time.Phoned up after one month to to tell Arbury that no information about the service plan had been received.Tried to phone up after another three weeks and no Manager will phone me back to sort the problem out.GOOD AFTERSALES SERVICE!

I bought a 21 plate cupra formentor vz2 310 from Scott at arbury West Midlands over the phone never see it or drive it ! , it arrived on the said delivery date and as Scott said it was mint condition a lovely car very happy with the customer service at arbury cupra I got a full service years full warranty , I would defo buy from Scott again 5 star service

Horrible experience, the parking is completely ridiculous bordering unsafe. I would not get a Cupra in the future just to avoid coming back to this garage.
