Mitch seems like a "good guy" but the car delivered is a MESS! Once was home with the car, I spotted a few things. Which made me question if the car was in overall good condition.

Had the car inspected and was in bad shape!

List I received back:

1. TFR staining on all black gloss exterior trims
2. Rear propshaft coupling splitting
3. Wheel centre caps starting to bubble
4. Front shock absorber protective dust covers splitting
5. Engine EGR cooler leaking exhaust gases
6. Engine turbo feed pipe starting to leak and staining underside of engine cover
7. Rear bumper paint peeling on N/S corner edge
8. Scratches to front N/S/F wing
9. Scratch on steering wheel
10. Front tyres wearing bald on the outer edge
11. Front wheels been poorly refurbed
12. Lots of fault codes logged in the diagnostics - lots of fault codes indicating might require a software update
13. Front brake discs have some corrosion

This car was handed back (nightmare) and still on going dispute, I doubt this car has been fully rectified.

Had my BMW serviced at DickLovett BMW, Cribbs Causeway,Bristol. On arrival I was made to feel extremely welcome and given informative information on what work would be done on my car. Ethan the service advisor was extremely helpful and kept me updated on the work being done during the service. Extremely happy with the service I received. 👌

I visited D*ck Lovett in Hungerford to test drive a used BMW X3. Was warmly received on reception. Unfortunately the car smelt very strongly indeed of dogs so it was a no from me, but I must commend Josh for his courteous and professional manner. A shame as I would have purchased the car otherwise. I had paid a £500 deposit to secure the car which was promptly refunded to me two days later. I would deal with this dealership again.

Awful dealership bristol aston martin. Service department poor, no one replies or takes responsibility, forget to do things, have to chase for info. Had the car for 6 weeks, 500 miles later same problem now using a didnt dealership to sort the problem. Will never purchase from dicklovett again

My elderly but usually very reliable Mini was towed to D Lovett in Melksham after an unexpected breakdown.
From the time that it arrived to the time of collection I recieved very informative, polite and friendly communication from Terry Cook. He made sure I knew what was happening and likely costs throughout. The problem turned out to be much simpler, quicker and cheaper to fix than I had feared.
I drove away confident that both my car and myself had been valued and with a sense of renewed pride in owning my old mini. I thought it might be strongly suggested that, because of its age, I should consider an upgrade but at no time was this even hinted at.
I am very pleased with the customer service I received and will certainly return if I need to in the future.

We were made to feel welcome and Jacob who dealt with our new car purchase was very helpful as well as friendly and easy to talk to! Everything went very smoothly and we love our new car

Purchased a Porsche 991.1 GTS at the weekend. I have to say that David who helped me though the buying process was an absolute joy and couldn’t have been more helpful and patient with me as this was my dream car. He is a credit to the company and very experienced with the Porsche brand. The car is lovely. Totally recommend buying with this dealer as they made it a special experience and never rushed me. Thanks again.

AVOID - especially car salesman Lee Bean who sold the car I was expecting test drive once available at Lovett BMW Swindon.
He never called me back and they just sold it.
When I realsied the car had been sold I called Lee Bean and he did not even have the gutt to tell me the car had been sold 3 days before....he just said he did not know what was happening with that car and that he would have called me back straighaway. He never did.....so you have been warned!!!

Currently waiting for a reply by Sales Management Team to my email sent as per their response to my Google maps post.....

Visited BMW Motorad Cribbs Causway Bristol to view the BMW F900 spent 25 minutes in the showroom with no other customers and not one member of staff asked if there was anything they could help me with. Very disappointed and as a customer who has already brought a brand new Range Rover from DickLovett Melksham, I feel the need to leave a review for this experience. Very disappointing

I bought an approved used 1 series from D lovett C Causeway. I dealt with Sophie and she was an absolute star throughout the process. I had one small issue I noticed when I got home and she dealt with it very quickly and kept me up to date through the process of rectifying the issue. I will definitely return to D lovett for my next vehicle.

Well, I’ve finally taken that ‘leap into the unknown’ and ordered an ⚡️🚗 EV - since I’m not reliant on range or re-sale value (because I’ve PCP’d my cars for the last 10yrs) I’m spoiling myself & ‘slowing down’ in my 70s to enjoy some comfort & luxury. I’ve test driven a Polestar 2 which I have to say was a huge disappointment 👎 (a cheaply made plastic-fantastic Volvo) then the BYD Seal-Excellence which was actually very nicely designed, finished & well spec’d - but there’s still the element of ‘uncertainty’…🤔 So I’ve gone full circle and returned to the brand I know & love so well and ordered a new BMW U10 iX2 xDrive30 M Sport.
🥳And so I have to comment on the exceptional customer service I have received from DickLovett BMW Hungerford. 👌It’s always so nice to be looked after and treated with courtesy, professionalism and a sincere & friendly welcome from all those I came into contact with… Thank you Tim, Stephen, Chris & Nick 👍 - I’m absolutely delighted & excited with my decision - it’s not necessarily about getting the best ‘deal’ it’s more to do with feeling you’ve made the right choice & that you’re satisfied with the
