Arcades Australia made the whole purchase and delivery flawless. Communication was exceptional. The kids said my generation was pretty cool after playing wonder boy for a few minutes. Quality is exceptional and well worth the money.

Sent me the incorrect screws for both machines however, Anthony was on to this and organised the screws and backboard to be sent out.

The machines themselves are amazing, all guests at our venue loved them.

Great machine, kids and husband love it. Disappointed with the cabinet, the joints don’t fit tight and screws look to go through the other side.

super fast shipping, fantastic that you can reach them on the phone, very responsive and informing ill be ordering again even though the one I really wanted wasn't in stock anymore so I got the next one down.

After researching many arcade machines, this was definitely the best choice for a more than reasonable price. It looks great, and has such a wide variety of games to suit kids of all ages. Big screen size and the games play well and sound great. My kids are very happy!

Completely Retro and Nostalgic.

This machine is fantastic. A whole lot off arcade titles to choose from and the joysticks are very responsive with the controls. It's a great height as well so for tall people they don't have to lean over.

The team was very responsive to my questions and the machine was delivered within the timeframe advised.

Absolutely awesome machine. I'm like a 10 year old kid again and my 8 year old likes the old school games better than any of these new over the very complicated games of today. Anthony was brilliant. Master salesman and very helpful.

Purchased the 24” Arcade machine and was so excited to receive delivery as you can imagine (which was surprising quick especially being interstate during peak times) however unfortunately the Arcade was damage during transit . I called Anthony who just kindly asked me to send a few photos to validate the damages which after viewing he called me straight back and made no hesitation on providing some options from a full refund, a replacement machine or a compromise which we settled on. Not only would I recommend the product which works exactly as advertised, the quickness and care provided by Antony with the situation we had was absolutely seamless and the outcome was more than fair on any level. 5 star on the product and more stars on service (which unfortunately you just don’t get much anymore these days).

We purchased our machine only a couple weeks ago. The machine arrived very quickly. It was easy to set up and put together and works a treat. So many good memories playing the thousands of games.

I contacted Arcades Australia to ascertain timing of delivery as I was purchasing item as a gift for my son and grandson. Anthony was extremely helpful and provided the information I required. Anthony contacted me via email correspondence after the sale, now that's what I call service. Son and grandson are extremely happy with their gift, I purchased the NBA arcade game with the extras.

We purchased 2 machines for our staff lunchrooms, love them and so do the staff.
