Excellent experience with Arcadia
We had an excellent experience working with the publication company for Netherlands Insurance’s upcoming advertisement.
Their communication was truly second to none. From the very beginning, the team was responsive, clear, and proactive, ensuring that we were kept informed throughout the entire process. They provided ample time for us to review and make adjustments to the artwork, which allowed us to refine every detail and ensure the highest quality production.
The entire process was seamless and professionally managed. It was especially a pleasure working with Abigail Cross at Arcadia, who made everything easy and efficient from start to finish.

My experience with the team at Arcadia Publishing was exceptional from start to end. I had a few setbacks in completing my draft and they were very patient and understanding throughout the process. All changes were made in a timely manner and communicating with my contact Abigail was seamless.

Needed help to start
I said at the outset that I was terrible/unknowledgeable at marketing and creativity, but I felt like I had to provide a large amount of direction to start. I expected more help and guidance through that process. But it turned out fine.

Arcadia Publishing truly sets the standard for quality and service. I’ve worked with many printers and designers, and this was hands down the most streamlined experience I’ve had. The final product exceeded my expectations. Even when I wasn’t the easiest client, Lois and her team met everything with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Perhaps next year will be more seamless. The price point is also quite prohibitive for us, so the ROI will be important to note for next year's decisions.
