Just completed Stage 2 of a 3-Stage program for Archetypal Relationships with Rory Kilmartin. The internal breakthroughs I’ve had have been phenomenal! After 4 marriages? 20 years of being religious, and a 4-year degree in psychology , and having had very little of those experiences actually help me better understand myself or other relationships. Now at last, I am making sense of myself, others, and the world. This life has so far been 57 years in-the-making. Now, I’m finally understanding what this game is all about. I can now ‘see’ and name triggers when they happen. And because of this, my stress levels (that I’ve been carrying round for decades), are now being significantly reduced (much much less than they ever were). Discovering and eliminating triggers is also having health benefits for me too, as I can feel myself recovering from osteoporosis, which was, due to chronic stress throughout my life. To begin another life that’s trigger-less, is truly life-changing, grounding, and free. 😌

I thought I understood myself and people after finishing off the Revelation program but NO!!! Wow... Integration Program - It was a DEEPER level of understanding of myself and others around me. I am so honour to be able to participate in this course and to get to know amazing people. This is nothing like other courses. Simply, I am so glad that I found this course!

Rory and his team offer the only way I've seen to resolve the relationship issues that everyone has. The team is committed to helping every participant to make real change in their understanding of themselves and real change in their relationships. Your work can change your life and your family.

I have a deeper understanding of who I am, why I do and react the way I do, and now how to act and respond and communicate from a place of strength and compassion, affirmatively rather than defensively. This program is gold in that I have noticed my relationships improving to the extent I have discovered more about myself. This program should be taught in schools, and as part of pre-marriage planning. Empowering, powerful and essential to live a fulfilling, emotionally centred life and relationships.

I’m honestly in awe of what this experience opened in me. Rory’s Integration course has been the most transformative program I’ve ever been part of. It reaches a place that’s hard to put into words, and somehow gives a voice to the part of you you’ve disowned the most… and brings it back into wholeness.

I’ve spent a lot of my life in high performance environments, Special Forces, fighting, business, pushing through. You learn how to operate under pressure, but no one really shows you what’s driving you underneath it all.

Working with Rory Kilmartin and Archetypal Wisdom gave me language for things I’d been feeling but couldn’t fully see. Not theory. Not surface level self development. This is the stuff underneath the behaviour.

It helped me see where I was reacting instead of leading. Where energy was leaking through triggers I hadn’t owned yet. And more importantly, how to come back to centre without needing to control the external world.

There’s a level of sovereignty that comes with this work. You stop wasting energy on things that don’t matter and start showing up cleaner, clearer, and more grounded in who you actually are.

For me, it’s not about becoming someone new. It’s about stripping back everything that isn’t you.

This is lived work. You feel it straight away.

Archetypal Relationships is something that has exceeded every single one of my expectations. I used to think I was an overly emotional, misunderstood person who didn't belong or fit in anywhere. I now realise that who I am and my contribution is so powerful. I know that my emotions are my super power and that I have the ability to help others realise how loved and seen and valued they are. I've been able to make peace with my childhood and my experiences with my parents. I've also been able to strengthen and improve my relationship with my partner and I cannot thank Rory and his team enough for all the changes I've experienced due to this work. I 1000% recommend this to EVERYONE!

If you have anything in your life that's not working for you, or doesn't make sense, try it. These programs don't just help with relationships with other people, but with what's driving you and holding you back too.

This isn't like most counselling or programs that give you part of the picture and helps you justify yourself and your reactions, AR is about looking at yourself and others, accepting your strengths and weaknesses and finding a path forward to being someone you can really be proud of.

In terms of helping with my relationships - we used to trigger each other daily and fight weekly. After just the first program this is already helping us understand each other, and helped me look at life and its happenings with a sense of humour.

Imagine that final moment of your last day in this life has come.... and what would be that one wish you would have.... to go back and change... to make you feel that you were winning this big game called life.... In many people's stories real or imaginary... the wish is to have lived better and have paid more attention to their relationships, understood and appreciated others better...

You have that chance NOW, an amazing opportunity to discover forces that drive different people's lives, their thinking, actions, expression of love and appreciation their triggers, their roots for their sense of righteousness....

You can upgrade your quality of life and get rid of lot of tension...you can find answers to questions you could spend a lifetime to and never figure it out.

Don't wait for that last moment of your life, there are no prizes for regrets in the game of life!!!

When I signed up for Archetypal Relationships, I thought it would help me learn about myself, but I had no idea how much it would help me heal from pain that I experienced years ago and had never let go of. It's a process, but one that I know feel confident I can make my way through successfully. Moreover, the process has given me far better understanding of the feelings behind the behavior that hurt so deeply. As a result, I've been able to understand more fully how I can improve my other relationshiips. I cannot recommend this program highly enough!

Found this course quite by accident, but it has been an eye opener to more deeply understand different people’s personalities and internal needs (including my own). It makes it clearer why people act and react in different ways, and has helped me to grow and heal relationships as a more functional friend/partner/workmate by understanding this. It is a great company led by professional and connected people who really want to listen. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to be the best version of themselves.

This is the continuation of a journey that has fundamentally changed how I show up in my life.
My earlier work with these programmes strengthened my relationships — especially with my sons, where we built a bond that remains deeply important to me. This phase has gone further.
The biggest shift has been internal. I am far less reactive, more deliberate, and able to stay calm and clear under pressure. The need to control outcomes or prove my position has quietly fallen away.
One of the most meaningful changes has been learning to receive — appreciation, feedback, connection — without deflecting it. That sounds simple. It is not.
In my work, I have moved from driving outcomes to developing people, and those around me have felt that shift too.
This is not easy work. It asks for real honesty and consistent effort. But the changes are genuine — and they hold.

An excellent course that really is a journey of understanding the self on a deep level so that you can interact with the world in a much more present and centred way. Then "the world" changes and relationships become so much more enjoyable for both you and others. I loved all 3 programs within the academy and am very grateful for the programs and all the growth I've had and continue to have.

This is a life saving course and is truly transformational of the way relate to the world, to humanity and to the people in our lives by taking full account of our own contribution to it.
