CNP is a ditz. doesn't refill rx and doesn't call back and focus is very obtuse. Office staff may or may not understand the problem when you call. My husband hates the place and the provider. Seeking new care after two visits Good PR snd mission statement but don't be fooled. Providers stink

The worst doctor experience I've ever had. Not only a total waste of time but I was severely traumatized by the way these people treated me. At the first appt. I was ignored, nothing I said about the reason I made the appt. mattered, as DrSchelby tried to herd me like a cow through the everything we can bill Medicare for in your name ArchWell Health for profit, assembly line, scam machine. DrSchelby refused to do tests I requested. I told him I don't do drugs, and was drug tested without my knowledge or consent, probably because I have long hair in a ponytail and to satisfy their demented inner fantasies about me. When the test came back negative they lied to try to hide it from me. They weaponized the Medicare system and used it against me to try to slander me. I believe searching my property without my consent or a warrant signed by a magistrate is a crime and treason against the Constitution, google says I need to call an attorney. When I refused vaccinations Dr Schelby got up and stormed out of the room. The nurse butchered my arm when she tried to draw blood, I had a marble size knot 23 days later. I was given the wrong collection Kit two different times. Then they blamed me for them giving me the wrong kit. It would have been nice if Dr Schelby would have had the decency to contact the lab and correct the mistake he made, instead of gaslighting me but he didn't. At the second appt. when I wouldn't belly up to more of the unneeded tests and gimmicks so he could get paid by The Government/Medicare, he became angry again, and without addressing the serious health concerns which were the reason I made the first appt. 3 weeks earlier, I was given a 20 minute appt. 4 months out.These people at ArchWell Health aren't your friends. They were unable to see past their selfishness and financial hunger to vulturize the Medicare System to acknowledge the serious health concerns I described. Dr Schelby ignored test results I showed him where I tested positive for Lead and other Heavy Metals. It's all about them.If you want to see what you'll be stepping into at ArchWell Health, Google Narcissistic Sociopaths and Prepare Yourself. It's been 94 days since the first appt. when Dr Schelby told me I needed a referral to a specialist and I have not received the referral or the correct collection kit. I got absolutely nothing from 2 visits. They went home with the money and I went home with the illness. This sounds like a joke but if necessary I will fill out an affidavit and swear to every word. I have already sent President Trump and DOGE a 7 page letter discribing details.
