Ordered a print on the 13th August - received a ready to dispatch email on the 27th August and I received a dispatched email on the 6th September. Still nothing. Despite a 2-5 business day guarantee on the website. I've emailed two email addresses that I found from looking through comments on this site that ARCO supplied but still no reply.
Will probably have to go through the bank to get a refund now.

I finally received one of my orders the print is nice overall but the information I provided wasnât on it , i put detailed descriptions of the track list with the featurings and the released by the key playerz overall its nice just wish the info was accurate

They are a scam it has been over a month since they told me my order has been shipped and they never gave me a tracking number, I tried to contact them multiple times via their email and never got an answer. I even went as far to comment on their instagram where I originally saw their Ad and commented on their TikTok too. They deleted my comment about me making a complaint on instagram as long with another user complaining about their order not arriving. Do not buy they are a complete scam they just ghosted me and they have tons of fake reviews on their website.
Edit: I have already disputed the charge and got my money back via Cashapp support
