Since the European shop is out the whole website is broken. The prices increased drastically and many products are not available anymore.

Very bad

This company has zero loyalty towards their long-standing customers. So make sure that you cross every T and dot every I when ordering their product because they don't care about the fact that you've been loyal to them. All you'll get back is them quoting their rules and zero understanding to your problem. Any other company would have worked with you to get the problem resolved. Not just basically say sorry, not sorry.

Every time different color

Every time I bleach my hair the SAME way, and put the SAME color on the hair. And EVERY DAME TIME the color sets differently. I don't like that I pay money and after 2 showers the color fades so easily that it looks like no color was used. Terrible quality of the color pigment.

Well I ordered bleach please & it took so long for it to ship I bought it from Sally's & had it in 1 hour. So when I finally got theirs I asked if I could return it. They said sure but you pay the shipping. Well in their advertising they make it sound like they pay for returns or deduct it when they get it like most companies. So I left it like it was taped it up & mailed it for 14.69,yes 14.69. It was 27.something with shipping. So a little over a week later they gave me a refund of 19.99. I just want people to know make sure you have exactly what you want because that return won't be worth returning or exchanging. It will be like paying for your item twice. I'm at IGK color & they don't charge you for a return plus the colors are good.

If your favorite activity is scrubbing disgusting, cheap dye out of your bathtub for hours this is the product for you! And after reading more reviews i expect my hair to turn an equally unsavory green. Will never try other dye colors from this conpany again

The best customer service, I've had a few encounters and they are always helpful and super nice!
I always also get their products in 3-4 days, which is very impressive.
Their products are also of great quality and i love the smell and the pigmentation of their hair dyes. Overall im extremely satisfied!

I bought the purple asf hair dye and it is amazing, the color came out as a vibrant beautiful shade of purple.
It was also really easy to apply to my hair and my hair felt really smooth afterwards.

The package arrived also quite fast, which I didn't expect as I live in the Netherlands.

Have placed multiple orders from Arctic Fox and products arrived promptly and well-packed. Some of the colors do not stay as long as others and some may transfer, especially the blues, but it's a minor complaint overall.

Super fast international shipping and beautiful colours. Highly recommended!

Ordered red hair dye as a blonde, my hair was green after using the product. Customer service was abusive

I bought their colour Wrath and used it to dye my bleached hair. The examples showed a deep red with pink undertones, as described by the company, even claiming it would be red on platinum blonde hair. My hair turned bright pink, and when I reached out to customer services all they told me was to buy another of their hair dyes to make it redder and that Wrath does sometimes turn pink. I have seen nowhere the company admit publicly that it can turn bright pink so feel mislead. I am very disappointed with the dye and the brand so can not recommend them or their products and I will not be buying from them again.

Couldn't speak highly enough of Arctic Fox. The colours are just amazing, the formula smells gorgeous and its vegan. Their customer service is also brilliant. Unfortunately the wrong colour was sent out with my last order but within hours a replacement bottle was shipped.

I ordered direct from their website for the first time (I used to order from Amazon but the price has recently skyrocketed) and I was amazed that it arrived in half a week!

No customs fees, and direct from CA with no going through Jeff Bezos’ pocket in the middle! Hooray (:

Incredibly fast shipping. I got the shampoo + conditioner set, a hair dye diluting solution, and a set of hair clips. Haven't tried the shampoo but the conditioner and the diluter worked great and I love their scent. The clips are also handy. Would recommend to anyone who dyes their hair often.

Ordered 2 bottles 'Frosé' and it arrived within 1 week! I live in the Netherlands, and it came al the way from Los Angeles (since i cannot order anywhere in Europe) with FedEx. Very satisfied.
Also, the product is amazing. Easy to use and result is stunning. Would recommend!!

Love this hair colors and also the shop! I received goods from America in about one week in Austria (Europe) with Fedex and there was no problem! I already orderd a second time. There was just a little problem with bleach - it looked like I cannot order this to Europe, but the most important things are colors. Bleach I can buy everywhere here ;)

If I could give this company more stars I would! I live in the UK and ordered this to come from America on the Black Friday weekend. I ended up placing an order for the incorrect colour dye! Worried that I would have to either have the hassle of sending it back or having to pay out twice for the colour I actually wanted I got in touch with their customer services. A very, very nice lady by the name of Karen managed to cancel my first order for me which meant I didnt have to worry about a thing and could just re-order the colour I wanted! She sorted everything out for me and communication was excellent! All sorted within a couple of hours! Not a lot of companies seem to want to help with stuff like this but Karen at Arctic Fox couldn't have been any more helpful!

I’ve used arctic fox for absolutely years. I use it on myself, friends, family and random people who are referred to me to give them a temporary splash of colour.

Something I think that new users of arctic fox or just hair dye in general need to understand is that precious colourings, addition of outside chemicals or substances such as conditioners or poor prior bleaching can result in a bad colour job, or something which is different to what was advertised.
I can assure you, as someone who purchases 2-3 8oz bottles every couple of months- what they advertise is what you get.
Also- the dye staining your hair a colour is not a fault in the product, it is a common result of hair colouring. This is Especially known for products with a blue or green base.

My orders always arrived within the given delivery period and any which may have taken longer were due to The COVID pandemic or courier error.
I have absolutely never had a problem with any of the colour products.
