Great experience with AR furnishings.

Bought the Louis Grey Marble and it looks decadent with the ring knocker velvet chairs.

Would use this company again.

Ordered a consol table and mirror set on 28th March...still waiting for the mirror...no reply to my endless e-mails and when you call the phone number it tells you to e-mail them which they then ignore.
Offered me money to take down this review!!

The chairs are very good quality unfortunately the delivery was horrible he was throwing and kicking the package like a ball and it was in luck the chair was not damaged which wood have made the whole experience unpleasant.

Really good customer service and really good quality dining chairs. Would happily use this company again.

I received my double Percy mattress from AR Furnishings last week and I’ve been sleeping better than I have in years! Honestly a fantastic mattress, very firm but so soft and comfortable, won’t be needing another for a long time I’m sure but when I do I know I’ll be back.

Recently purchased a new home, needed it done quickly and AR FURNISHINGS came to my saviour! Everything delivered and fitted within the time given. No complaints what do ever! The team at AR were incredible from start to finish! Highly recommend! Loving my new bedroom and dining furniture 🤩

I ordered a cream knocker chair, and when it arrived it was a dark beige. The box even said mink. The company was very rude saying it was cream and the word mink is just what the manufacturers call it. I emailed photos of the chair and their website pictures to show the VAST colour contrast. After much back and forth they agreed a refund, but wanted to charge me £25 collection fee for a faulty colour chair, I was fed up and frustrated at this point so agreed as I wanted the chair gone.
They then arranged for a collection date on a day I was working without contacting me, hence it was never collected.
So in all customer service stinks and the product is NOTHING like what it shows on the website.

I found it easy and straight forward with my whole experience with my order and delivery of my bed. It looks great and very happy with the whole experience, thank you AR Furnishings x

My chairs arrived exactly when they said they should. I got a phone call the previous day from AF furniture telling me when they would arrive and the very polite and helpful young man (didn’t get his name) put the very large boxes in the hall for me. Thank you for a magnificent service.

I had been searching around for the best deal on a specific dining chair set. Called Andy at AR furnishings and he was great, organised next day DPD delivery and called after to make sure everything went well and we were happy with our purchase!

Bought the Value Glass 3 tier Coffee table. Absolutely love it, amazing quality.
Arrived in the first week of ordering with clear and concise communication from Andy beforehand.
