This is a scam, I ordered the Smeg kettle. On 25th May 2026. I have never received it and the links to track and trace do not work. These sites should be struck off and not allowed to operate!! They are dishonest!!

This company is definitely a scam. Purchased the Smeg Knife Set for nephews wedding present and received coffee mug instead!!! They told me it was my free gift, and like others knives were held up in customs. Now they are ignoring emails!! So sad as I was made redundant back in Jan so financial difficulties caused me to think twice, but I took the risk!!!! C

Ordered a knife block mid-May. Received an insulated mug instead ! No reply to my emails. Need to get this site shut down asap ! DO NOT USE !!!

Artikel schlecht verarbeitet und bei der Jacke sind die Ärmel viel zu kurz aber von der Körperlänge passt es. Umtausch und Kommunikation sehr schwer. Nach Einigung keinen Geldeingang bekommen und auch keine Antwort mehr.

Definitely a scam, no reply to emails, no tracking details, no correspondence, just take your money then silence. Do not use this company.

Still waiting for a kettle I ordered weeks ago and no tracking and nobody is replying to my emails .

I am waiting for 2 orders and I can't access the tracking numbers as they say it is sent it always says something went wrong. I am thinking that this is a SCAM.

Bought a knife block in the sale and after weeks of waiting they sent me a coffee mug
Sent an email to explain this and heard nothing back. Not sure how this mistake was made but think its a scam. A £50 coffee mug!

I ordered the SMEG knife block at the beginning of March. After 3 weeks I got in touch and they replied that the items were delayed in customs. Since then they havent replied to any chat or email and the telephone number doesnt work. I have reported them to Trading Standards as it seems a sham - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Thankfully I paid with American Express who have reimbursed me

Bought the knife block. Excellent company to deal with, communicated regularly with me throughout the whole process. Answered emails promptly, sent me regular tracking updates. Great quality product and cheaper than anywhere else. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. Thank you so much - a very happy customer from Scotland 😀

Will not ever use again, been waiting over a month for a nice set to arrive, all I get is generic answers saying it’s on its way, disgusting Service total waste of time it’s amazing how the company is still in business
Going to contact my credit card company for a charge back and get my money back at least

Bought Smeg knives. Heard nothing for weeks. Website tracker says ‘order fulfilled’ I will be now contacting bank as fraud.

site said i would receive item express, i did not reached out to them and they would not reply. I then get a msg from DHL that i have to pay to receive it i reached out to them again for them to say if its returned to them and i do not pick it up they will only refund me 50% its crazy that that's when i get a email from them. Never again i do not even want this item anyone I'm so dissatisfied with this experience.

They are thieves
Please don't buy from this company. They are not trusted and they are scammers.

Me mandaron un abrigo defectuoso, las mangas me llegan por los codos y el pelo de una de las celdas estaba mal. Les he escrito incesantemente para hacer el cambio por otro, ni siquiera por el dinero y la comunicación con ellos es nula. Se lo envié por correos lo tienen parado en aduanas desde diciembre porque aduana se ha puesto en contacto con ellos para que acepten el paquete y no lo hacen. Me he quedado sin abrigo y sin 600€ NO COMPRÉIS. Parece que es una página inglesa y la mercancía viene de china y hay que enviarla a china para las devoluciones.

In januari een winter regenjas besteld. Het is een dun fleece jackje van zeer slechte kwaliteit! Na een klacht te hebben gemaild kreeg ik een respons van 10% korting?!?! Ik wil mijn geld (69,95) terug door hem terug te sturen. Geen antwoord meer gekregen. Zeer slechte service!!

Met AIRA-MODE heb ik slechte ervaring. Ik weet niet of zij echt bestaan.

Ze sturden me na een lange tijd waardeloze kleding en ik mag ze NIET terugsturen, ze geven me GEEN RETOURADRES en GEEN GELD terug !

If the company is not responding, it suggests poor customer service and raises concerns about the legitimacy of their business practices.
