Siguiendo un enlace en instagram a la tienda de Arion Moda en el que se anunciaba la venta de bolsos procedentes de una butique española que estaba liquidando la colección y tenía precios muy ventajosos accedí a comprar dos bolsos en una oferta de 2 x 1 supuestamente de piel y supuestamente español.

Al recibir el tracking de mi pedido vi que venía de China y cuando lo he recibido no es ni de calidad, ni de piel ni mucho menos de una butique española.

Me ofrecen devolución sufragando yo por mi parte el pago, que obviamente no voy a realizar a China.

Creo que es publicidad falsa ya que lo venden como un producto nacional cuando realmente es importado y lo venden como piel cuando no lo es.
Quiero que se me devuelva mi dinero y que la empresa sea la responsable de recuperar el producto.
De haber sabido su procedencia no lo habría comprado.

Appalling ordered knife set eventually came after months, wrong colour and damaged, sent back (unclear process) waited 2 months for refund. No more ordering off Facebook for me!

WrI’m no product delivered. I issue d £50 for a knife set and ended up with a mug. Disappointing.
Realisation that this is a scam is evident,

Do not order from this company complete scam you will not receive your goods they just take your money and disappear. These scammers pose as a legit business all over social media and website it’s total scam. They do not respond to emails or through their so called customer query form on their website
I have reported them to the ACCC with full evidence I suggest you go and do the same just fill out a form online and report this so called business to be shut down in Australia

This company (if it is a company) should be shut down. I paid $150 for a SMEG Knife block set and received a SMEG coffee mug instead. They refuse to answer emails…money gone!

Jest to strona oszustów. Nie wysyłają produktów! Nie chcą oddać pieniędzy. Prawdopodobnie wysyłają lub nie chiński gadżet . Ja zostałam oszukana. Straciłam 810 zł. Ostrzegam!!!
