Excellent Service and very customer service oriented. I went there for a minor repair to my eyeglasses on or around 5 June 2025 and the gentleman did the repair in a few minutes with no charge

A bit pricey but customer service is second to none along with quality brands and a excellent fit of frames they make you feel very welcome

The boss needs to ho back to charm school and show more respect to clients.
The assistant was much more polite, helpful and honest.
I just had an eye test done, that was enough. With the bad attitude and lack of kindness of yhe boss, it simply left me in shock. I'm 70 yrs old and deserve respect from a 35 Yr old sad man who feels the need yo speak hi nasty interior world onto unsuspecting clients who lin his pockets daily. Shame on you. V. Coleman

I used to go to a chain optician and am frankly embarrassed that I didn't ditch them and go to Aristone sooner. Superb service from exceptionally professional and friendly staff, along with great style advice when it came to picking new frames (didn't know just how badly I needed it!). My new glasses were ready in just a few days and look fantastic. Thank you!

Great service! Really helpful staff. I had broken my glasses, being a high prescription i cant see without them at all. The person helping me managed to find me a solution in moments!! I'll be returning as a permanent customer.
