Not honoring warranty I have Oticon hearing aides & chargerâŠ
Update: Got charger but I had to complain directly to Oticon & Yes Hearing CEO. Still not the service expected. Changing 1 star to 2 but after warranty will not be a return customer. I have Oticon hearing aides & charger under 3 year warranty. The charger became hot & faulty and stopped working. Asking for replacement charger for 3 weeks, 22 emails & tracking. Still no charger. I donât even know if my hearing aides are now faulty. Excuse, after excuse or no reply. They no longer have an inhome audiologist near my home. Of course when I called pretending to be a new customer they had an audiologist. Wow!! I would never recommend them. What a shame since 2 years ago the service was great.

I changed wax filters almost 3 times a day. I tried creams for dry skin, then an Ear dryer and also a Hearing Aid dryer.
Yes Hearing Audiologist told me HAâs arenât perfect and it takes time to get used too.
I paid $200 to see a well regarded Audiologist near me, who changed to bigger domes and actually programmed the HA which was not programmed to recent test I sent in.
I will never purchase another HA aid from Yes Hearing.

don't trust them with your credit card
item was defective, for which they sent a replacement. same with my elderly mother's order placed at same time. our arrangement with them was $200 down by credit card at time of order, remainder to be financed at end of trial period. financing was already approved. instead, they charged my mother's card around $3,500 for her remaining balance without her consent. We had to have our credit card issuer resolve that for us - they reported having had issues with this company before. We both returned our devices within the trial period. It took multiple emails (no replies at any point) and nearly 2 months to get the $200 down payment refunded - only done because I gave them a deadline before contacting card issuer again. Their sales people are nice up front, but their fulfillment and administrative process is clearly corrupt. There are too many other honorable competitors for anyone to give these people business.
I am a returning customer
I am a returning customer, but my recent experience with Yes Hearing has been extremely disappointing.
I purchased a pair of hearing aids that arrived in the wrong size and color. The audiologist took them back, and I ordered a different model of the same brand, which was less expensive. Although I received the replacement, I am still waiting for the refund for the price difference.
To make matters worse, Yes Hearing mistakenly sent me another pair of hearing aids I never ordered. Instead of apologizing or arranging pickup, they instructed me to print a label and return the package myself. Eventually, the audiologist came to collect them, but even after both returns, my refund has never been issued.
The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to resolve a simple refund request show a complete disregard for customersâeven loyal, returning ones. I would strongly caution others before doing business with this company.

I clicked on their advertisement the said 40% off on the brand hearing aid I prefer. A man from yes hearing called me back within just a couple of minutes and asked if I had any questions. I said yes I would like to know how much that hearing aid was. He asked my area code and when I told him he said oh we can't sell you that one but we can sell you this other brand because you are 50 miles outside of our area. I said where is your area and I will go there. I also have kids that may live in that area code. He rudely hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional! After reading the other reviews I am convinced that this company is a scam personified!

I found YesHearing online. I called toll free number 888-221-6983. Customer Service (CS) answer the phone. After providing my area code, Customer Service told me there are 4 Providers in my area. I asked if I can have provider's information about their qualifications? YesHearing customer service hangup the phone.
Yes hearing charges $199 just for Provider to visit my house and this initial $199 is nonrefundable. In this case it is my duty to inquire about the provider to make sure the provider is experience for hearing testing and programming of hearing aids. I am disappointed with the person who hangup on me. Very bad Customer Service.

Poor customer service
I would say customer service is an issue. The Dr assigned to me was, at first, attentive and responsive. But after the 45 day trial it has been dreadful getting a response and assistance to make adjustments. She had told me I could email her directly, but I got zero response after sending 2 emails, so reached out to Yes Hearing via phone and then email after playing phone tag. The response time for phone and email is somewhat slow, but at least they do get back to you. But then the process to schedule a video call was frustrating with getting our availability together and I found out the Dr is in a different time zone (2 hour difference). It's been a frustrating experience. I'd recommend getting hearing aids local, where you can go in person for everything. This survey asks for a date of experience. It's not one date, it's been consistently since January 14, 2025 that I've been disappointed in the service. But it makes you put a date.
