Engineer visit
Engineer waited for me as I was out when he turned up.
Engineer was polite and explained what he was going to do and how long he would be.
When he finished he said paperwork would go to Chancellors and didn’t mention any problems so I was surprised to get the report from the estate agent saying our electrical check had failed

To clarify, our engineers on site carry out the inspection, however the final report is reviewed and completed by our Qualified Supervisor in line with compliance requirements. This means the engineer would not necessarily be in a position to confirm or discuss the final outcome at the time.
We appreciate that this can sometimes come as a surprise, and we will take your comments on board as we are always looking to improve communication.

I have used ARK on a number of occasions for both plumbing and electrical issues at both my rental property and more recently our home address to replace all our light fittings throughout the house. The work has always been all carried out in a clean, efficient and cost affective manner.

No hot water!
I called with a heating/plumbing emergency and the response from ARK was nothing short of remarkable. They took the time to talk through the issue and then diagnose the problem with likely solutions. A call out was booked for the following morning but their suggestions had meant I was able to get the spares and fix myself. I can only give them thanks as they saved me a lot of money!

External lights issue resolved by ARK
Have used Ark several times on the past and i've always had great service from them. Kelvin andvthe team are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. This time I needed assistance with some external lights inside Sam arrived on time and within 2hrs had managed to diagnose the problem and fix the issues. Would use again and definitely recommend.
