Dear Jade,

I can confirm that your order is in store and is ready for collection. When you choose to collect an order in store the delivery time will vary from store to store but it will usually be within 3 to 5 working days.

I am sorry to hear you did not receive correspondence from us to advise your order was ready to collect.

When an order is received at the store and scanned in an automatic text and/or email is generated to the customer. Unfortunately this did not happen on this occasion.

Please bring the following items with you in order to collect your order:

1. Proof of purchase - a copy of your confirmation email or your sales receipt, or text message.

2. Your payment card – for your protection against fraud, we cannot release your order without seeing your payment card or a form of photo ID (passport of driving licence only).

3. If someone else is collecting the goods on your behalf, they must present your proof of purchase, as well as their own photo ID (passport or photo driving licence only).

We would love to see you as a returning customer and hope this incident does not prevent you from purchasing with us in the future.

Dear Mary,

I am extremely sorry to read you were sent the wrong item.

We aim to despatch the correct goods for customers’ orders. Where this has not happened there could be an error with stock allocation at our warehouse. I will pass your comments on to the relevant team to try and ensure that this does not happen again.

Please return any incorrect goods to us and we will happily exchange/refund the items for you.

I am really sorry to read you did not receive your complete order.

We aim to fulfil all our orders however sometimes we run out of stock, particularly during busy times like sales. Our website does not display stock in real time, hence the reason you can order items that turn out to be unavailable.
