Today.. I went on their site to simply ask a question- and the next thing you know.. I was charged for a product that I know nothing about, and put on a subscription plan.

I have previously been on 12.5 mg of name brand Zepbound with tremendous success and no undesirable side effects. I lost 36 pounds in 4 1/2 months.My new insurance stopped covering weight loss medication's altogether. I used ARK for three months and it was like I was using nothing. I lost a total of 3 pounds in three months. They started me at the lowest dosage which I kept telling them was doing nothing and three months later they still don't have me at my previous dosage. Their reasoning is my body became resistant. And then they said they started me at the lowest dosage for safety reasons. Seriously, think about that it makes no sense other than to save themselves money by keeping me at a cheap low-dose. I'm a nurse I know better.

If i could give a zero i would. Support Team, ha! Anytime I messaged them i was told to email them. Then I dont get answered back from emailing. If they happen to email tou back its either 4pm or 11pm. Their "medicine" taste sweet, like candy. There were chunks of shit even after shaking it for 5 minutes. This is a joke. All they want is your money. Don't bother.

I've been using telehealth since 2016 so I'm familiar with how it works and what to expect. I went to Ark in hopes of getting a GLP med. As part of the process when registering, you have to choose what med and type you want (sema or tirz, injection or oral). There's no way to NOT choose and move forward. So I chose a sema oral, just as a placeholder, assuming that when the doctor reviewed my request, he'd message me with a few questions to confirm it was the right option. I didn't expect to directly talk with the doctor, but I definitely expected to have some level of direct communication before the Rx was submitted, and at that time, I would ask questions of which option was best for me. THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!! The doctor simply took a look at my request, ordered what I chose, and closed my file. I've spent the last 24 hours trying to reach both him and the support team to discuss the med. The doctor hasnt responded at all. And all the support team could tell me is that if I want to change my med then that would be a new order!! How in the entire hell??? They are treating this as if I placed an order for a handbag on Amazon. There is no way to talk on the phone with anyone, they refer you back to the online portal, which has very limited response. I've sent messages asking to cancel, no response at all to that. It cannot be legal or even ethical for a doctor to prescribe an RX wihtout some form of communication with the patient.

I was with Ark health for 6 months and question the ethics and legitimacy of the company. My shipments of terzepatide were late or nonexistent and their excuses inconsistent. Personally, I feel that they didn’t have a relationship with a reliable compounding pharmacy and made up ridiculous excuses for their incompetence and lack of experience. My wife experienced medical issues which were never addressed, as they were more interested in selling a product that they couldn’t produce than providing a medical service. After weeks of runaround’s, which disrupted proper dosing and made me question their medical competence, they sent another 3 months worth of medication and charged my credit card. Before opening my non requested delivery, I tried calling to tell them that I am not accepting the shipment but the “company” does not have a phone number that is answered or accepts messages. This seemed odd for a legitimate business let alone one that provides healthcare. Eventually, I got a response to a text message stating they are sorry for the dangerous and unethical behavior but the medication cannot be returned. I would suggest “buyer beware” to anyone considering Ark health and you might consider checking their Facebook support group comments to see how their customers feel. Better do it quick, I think it was shut down.

I've been with several Tirzepatide providers. Ark Health has been by far the most responsive, answering questions in 15 minutes! I'm 71 so I had several. They texted me every now and then after I started the on boarding, which I appreciated. It took me four weeks to make up my mind to sign on. My first shipment was delayed because of the winter storms. It arrived and was still cold!

Support has been great, responding quickly to all of my questions.

Looking forward to working with Ark Health in my weight loss journey and then into maintenance.

I've lost 35 pounds, 265 to 230. I've needed a CPAP for over 10 years. Did a new sleep study two weeks ago. The results...don't need the CPAP !! Thanks Ark!!

I’ve had a great experience with Ark Health. My shipment arrived when promised and the results are fantastic. It took about a week for the shots to kick in, but once they did, my appetite curbed. I will use Ark again in the future.

I had a discount code and it went through when I made a purchase. A week later they charge me the full price and said my coupon code was invalid. Then why didn’t they deny it the first time I used it? Let’s just charge whatever we want is how this place is. Very disappointing.

I paid $825 for a 3 month supply 5 weeks ago. It was supposed to ship Jun 15th. I still haven't gotten it. They have a different excuse every week. 2 weeks ago they gave me their word they would refund my money if it didn't ship the next day. They refuse to refund my money and said I'll just have to keep waiting because it's still processing and they don't know how long it will take.

SCAM do not use! Facebook people are all fake also. Should have known from most of the poor English in positive reviews

I work in tech and travel constantly, so consistency has always been tough. Ark Health made it possible to stay on track no matter where I am. They took all the friction out of the process—and for once, the results are speaking for themselves
