⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service – A Lifesaver for My CCJ!
I cannot recommend ARK CMCS highly enough! Dealing with a CCJ was an incredibly stressful and confusing experience, and I honestly didn't know where to turn. From my very first contact with ARK CMCS, I felt a huge sense of relief.

Their team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, empathetic. They took the time to listen to my situation, clearly explained the entire process of challenging the CCJ, and outlined all the potential outcomes without any jargon. I won't lie, I thought it was a scam. As it was reasonably priced I was willing to risk the money. The value of removing my only ccj is the difference between getting and not getting another mortgage. Turns out they're the real deal. While I had to remind them to chase, they got the claimant to set aside the order.

It was a parking ticket that they got settled. I had already paid but they helped me get it agreed to be removed completely.

Just got my CCJ removed from my credit rating. Very good service, very well priced as well (some charge double that). I had only one issue with the person on the payment line in court, lady said that I must send some additional forms, but it wasn’t true. I have re-sent the email again and call to make a payment again, stating the amount and what it is for, reassuring lady that I sent all necessary paperwork, and after around 4 weeks I received the letter that my application was approved. It took another week or so to get CCJ removed from my credit report. Highly recommended, those positive reviews are really earned - Thank you very much!
