Bestelling geplaatst op 29 november 2024, maar nog niets ontvangen. Ondertussen al 4 reminders gestuurd, maar geen enkele reactie.... Bestelling was wel ter waarde van een kleine 100 euro...

Bestelling gedaan en tot nu toe niets ontvangen, track en trace code die gestuurd wordt geeft een blanco blad. Telefoonnummer klantenservice geeft een standaard bandje en verbinding wordt verbroken. Op mails telkens standaard tekst als antwoord wat je ook vraagt. Ben bang dat ik T product niet ga krijgen maar ik houd jullie hiervan op de hoogte. Hopelijk heb ik ongelijk

Denk dat de positieve reviewdoor hun zelf geplaatst zijn.

The products were delivered very quickly and I am very happy with them. The perfume smells wonderful! all items arrived within the package and there were also a lot of small extra's.

Don't waste your money. I ordered a gift box which has not been delivered. No one ever answers the phone or responds to emails. Everi will not help me because I am not the customer just the deliveree.
I don't know where to go to get my money back, but I can prove the goods weren't delivered. Absolutely awful

Geen product ontvangen, geen contact mee te krijgen. Mail gestuurd geen reactie, uur gebeld wordt er opgepakt hangen ze gelijk weer op!

100 euro betaald heb nog niks!!

Worst customer service ever. I bought a refillable fragrance. The sprayer had a malfunction, they told me they couldnt send a seperate sprayer and eventually we came to the conclusion I would get a new bottle. I send my bottle of to them (after I emptied an almost full bottle, because of leaking hazard) and got my own bottle back with a different cap than the original. In conclusion, several months of contact resulted me in having an empty bottle with an cheap unoriginal cap on it. They refuse to answer me and resolve the issue as initially promised. Very unprofessional team of I assume young people.
I am not buting Armani and other brands from L’oreal group anymore, they just care about taking your money and not about the customers satisfaction.
Stay safe dear people.

This site is a rip-off. They claim to have things in stock but after you buy something they will send you an e-mail telling you it is not but will not refund your money. If you want something from the lineup buy at a store not the online BS store.

Ik dacht dat ik na een paar dagen nog geen verzendinfo of T&T had ontvangen, dus toen (pas) ging ik reviews kijken. Ik schrok! Maar nergens voor nodig. De mailtjes stonden in de spam. Ik had mijn parfum binnen 3 dagen ontvangen! Goed verpakt ook.

Je voulais bien profiter ce moment de Black Friday pour faire des achats sur ce site mais je n'ai pas pu. C'est bizarre car au moment de payement, après avoir enregistré les infos de ma carte bancaire ou de mon compte paypal, ç a a retourné à la page d'avant. J'ai essayé plusieurs fois, dans les différents écrans (iphone, ipad ou PC) ou sur autre navigateurs, ça n'a toujours pas marché. Ca fait un an depuis ma dernière commande sur ce site. Je ne peux pas comprendre pourquoi. J'ai contacté le service mais ce n'est pas encore réglé. Je suis très déçue de ce site.

J’ai commandé un parfum et je l’ai retourné car l’ayant eu comme cadeau 2 jours plus tard j’ai retourné le colis et depuis ça fait 1 an je n’ai jamais été remboursé c’est aller de service client client à service client j’ai du contacté ma banque rien à faire bref c’est un site à fuir je ne vous recommande pas!

Was eerst sceptisch vanwege de slechte reviews. Uiteindelijk toch maar besteld omdat de parfum nergens anders meer te krijgen was . Eerste track & trace deed het niet (Frans bedrijf). Na 3 dagen bericht van DHL via mail, nieuwe track & trace en vervolgens netjes afgeleverd en goed verpakt. maandag besteld en zaterdag ontvangen.

Went in store and got colour matched and came home and it was way off. They wouldn’t let me take a tester home because apparently ‘you can sue us’ or something stupid. Then went to buy the right one and accidentally bought the same colour. Rang them instantly and there is nothing they can do? Not even cancel after 5 minutes. AND I have to pay for the return. Plus I used my bday gift code that won’t work again if I do what they say and reject the package. So guttered about the service for a well established brand

Lamentable ..chasser le naturel il...apperement les dernier avis des 2 ....3 client chanceux....perso c pas mon cas.... je paye ma commande le 2 mars de 84e.. j'attend 3 jour ouvré ..commande tjs pas expédiée ...je les contact par mail on me répond qu'il y a eu un pti problème et que j'avais juste attendre qu'il me contact et m'envoyer le n* de suivi.....on n'est le 13 tjs pas contacter..je tel et la suis mis en attente + de 8 min le mec était même étonner que je sois encore au bout du fil....il me dit qu'il on bien encaisser et pas envoyer le colis et qu'il aller me rembouser et qu'ensuite il fallait que je refasse la commande....bref aucun geste commercial même un echantillon et si je l'ai avais pas apeler.....mdr je reçois un mail de confirmation du remboursement en me précisant que si je recommande d'effacer mon historique de nav car ça serait a cause de ça le probleme......mdr mon historique est tjs désactiver......genre il on voulu me faire croire en plus que c'était de ma faute pitoyable..j'ai trouver mon parfum chez primor 4 euro moin chère et que armanibeauty aille ce faire e.......

Made an order on the 30th Jan Armani code set and a lipstick, delivery dispatch the next day and it has arrived today. All items in package, little extras as well. Over all really happy with my order, unfortunate people have had bad experiences but I’ve had no problem. Confirmation came the day after and tracking was sent the next day to confirm. All items that I have ordered arrived

Ordered a gift set in their sale, the delivery partner was Amazon who left it on my doorstep, hence it wasn’t there 8 hours later when I got home from work.

I’ve tried to contact Armani -

1. The free phone number on their website does not work
2. The contact us form on their website would not send messages
3. I finally managed after 3 days to send a message via contact us - I received a reply to say they would be in touch in 48 hours
4. Ten days later I have still not heard anything

Absolutely horrible shopping experience and customer service, they are supposed to be a premium brand please AVOID

Premier achat en ligne apres inscription pour profiter des remises sur les produits (soldes)
Lien de suivi de colis au top fourni par Armani un jour apres la transaction et colis bien recu dans le delai imparti (2 jours) , en bon etat (le facteur laisse dans la boite a lettres directement, dommage que ca soit pas remis en main propre avec appel) et produits au top avec de supers cadeaux (pour avoir respecte le seuil d'achat)!

Niks versturen, en een paypal claim proberen misleiden. Wegblijven!

Het kwam heel snel en met allemaal leuke goodies erbij! Heel erg tevreden
