Aroabikini レビュー

I received the 3 suits that I ordered, it took about 4 weeks. They were very responsive to my inquiries and the customer service seems good. However, 2 of the suits did not work out. One was way to small and the other was not as described. Here is where the service ends. They make their return process so difficult, the return form on their site does not work and I have had to go back and forth with emails - my instincts tell me this is done to take up the 14 days of the return policy so they don't have to do the refund. And there is no where that shows a return address! They offered me 75% of the value of the suits in a credit if I would keep them instead, but the credit is towards another purchase. I am not interested in purchasing through this site again. Returning is nearly impossible.

Good Homepage and very easy to follow and order some goods.
Payment went well. Hopefully the bikinis fit- if yes I will recommend your store for sure.
It‘s quite important that is looks good😊
Nice greetings from Vienna.

The website is easy to use! I just placed my first order and can not wait to receive it... right now the company has sent me emails welcoming me to their site and asking me to please tell them if I have questions or concerns. So stay tuned and I will update once I have my order!!!!

Great prices on high fashion swimwear. Quality materials, well made. Not your mothers one piece. Hard to find this modern, functional and fun collection. 👍😍👙👀

The bikinis are really beautiful and have padding which is really helpful for me! I can’t wait to get my order ahead of vacation.

Site simple to use and clear. Very interesting the discount I received.

Since I haven't gotten the swimwear yet (just ordered today) I can't testify to the quality or fit. However the order process was very pain free and I was surprised with the range of beautiful pieces at good prices. The size chart put my size up one so I recommend checking it before you order.
Have already recommended the site to a friend.

I ordered a bathing suit for my honeymoon from your website and it was a somewhat effortless experience. I tried to put in the discount code for 20% off first order but it didn't show up on my final receipt. Not sure what happened. I can't wait to wear my new bathing suit. Thanks, Bride to Be

Excited to get my bathing suit. They were persistent with my purchase and offered discounts and free shipping!

I'm curious if the reviewers giving it 5 stars have actually received their orders. After waiting 5 weeks, I received my order. One suit is so defective that it can't be worn in public and the second suit is not the suit I ordered. I'm out nearly $65 for nothing!! Take my advice and run away from this site!!!

This is my first purchase from Aroabikini.
So far I have been very satisfied.
The ordering process was clear and fast.

I am very excited to receive my first swim suit from this site.
I only one have one issue. When I checked out I didn’t see a Promo Code section. I had a 30% off code from a family member.
Although I don’t mind because the swim suit was very cheap without the code.

Easy and great styles!
The ordering process was very easy and there were a number of great styles to choose from. I'm looking forward to my new swimwear arriving! :)

Easy to use and good pictures

I don’t buy easily through insta and I carefully check all in advance, so this is a compliment for the online service. The products I will check once here..

Easy, great selection, friendly checkout

The size chart was completely off. I had to give my suit to my 17 yr old daughter!!! Medium is not a medium. And it took over 6 weeks for shipping.

They are always contacting us with great savings. Thank you!!. It is important for customers to feel we are under care!!
