As a small family business, we strive to ensure all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes, items might not meet every customer's expectations. In such cases, we offer a full refund upon their return. However, as we are a small operation, covering the return shipping costs for items returned based on personal preference is something we unfortunately cannot afford. This policy allows us to continue offering our products at the best possible value to our customers.
We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused and are deeply sorry that our solution did not fully meet your expectations. Your feedback is crucial for us, as it helps us to improve our services. Thank you for understanding and for taking the time to share your experience. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Good quality but didn't like the scents
I ordered one of the bracelets which was lovely but the scents didn't smell like the names. The eucalyptus smelt a bit like albus oil.

Not as described. But resolved.
The scent I bought was not as described. I emailed Aroma Energy to complain and they have offered a refund or another fragrance.
I can't ask any more than that from a company to be honest.
The reason for 4 star is the "new car scent" was not as described. But the customer service I have received after has been good.
Will update this once I receive my new scent.
