Their public response was clearly for show. Twenty Three days later, there has been no outreach, no questions, and no real effort to address anything. If a company truly cared, action would follow words. Mine didn’t. I would strongly advise consumers to avoid this company entirely.e your money and skip AromaTech.
I paid over $300 for one of their larger diffuser units, and after only about a year and a half it began shutting itself off within seconds. I followed every troubleshooting step they sent, provided videos, photos, and multiple emails, only to be told my warranty was expired and offered 20% off buying another product. A company asking you to spend more money after a $300 product fails this quickly says everything you need to know. Even worse, my unit was repeatedly identified incorrectly during customer service, which made the whole process feel careless and dismissive. For the price, the quality does not match, and the company clearly does not stand behind its product once there is a problem. I now have every part of the correspondence in writing, and based on both the product and the way this was handled, I would strongly recommend choosing another brand.
