Eventin and Bookticks - great plugins and fantastic support!

We got Eventin Pro licence over a year ago.. And this plugin is honestly awesome! It works very well with woo-commerce, no hustle around.. compatible with other woo-commerce customizers etc. Very nice design for all… events listings, calendar, single event page.. and lots of options for shortcodes to put anywhere on your site. It also has even more options for your individual event-managment needs than you would probably tell from the plugin description. In-person or online events, recurring or single events.. woo-commerce tickets, Zoom integration, very clean and clear calendar.. this plugin has it all! Perfect for anybody whose main aim is a robust, thoughtfull and solid event managment.

And their support is excellent! They never let us down..

Having the experience with Eventin, we cannot wait to dive deeper with Bookticks soon :)

Quick response and the agent was able to resolve my issue.

One of the most critical features we were looking for with a popup builder was something that our VAs could set up without having to train them on WordPress. Poptics nails this by offering a massive library of predefined popups, which makes creating a new message very simple.

I’d also like to call out the Support team! I had an issue with Bricks Builder and the Poptics team was able to jump into a staging environment I set up, fix the issue, and then deploy a global fix. They were incredibly responsive and went out of their way to ensure I had a fix.

I was having a problem with the newly purchased WPcafé lifetime package, and I was not able to install it. Then, I posted my issue in the WPcafé's chat - support and communicated with Mr. Saiful Alam, who very tactfully handled and sorted out the issue very intelligently and patiently. Thank you so much, WPcafé support.

I am using the pro version of WPcafe for my client restaurant's WordPress website, together with the Gutenberg editor, Woocommerce and WPML. The plugin displays the menu of the restaurant online. Customers can use the website to book an online reservation at the restaurant. They can even choose from the menu and buy this.
I had a small issue with the reservation time setting inside the email of the restaurant. The support of Arraytics helped me with finding the correct time settings. They replied quickly which helped me and the owner of the restaurant a lot. 

Your apps not completely and not user friendly

Easy to use. Lightweight. Highly recommended. After replacing our previous event system with EventIn - our art gallery and class website was no longer sluggish! Excellent support and listens to user suggestions. Thanks for the great work!

After almost 2 years of using the pro version and even having the pleasure of working with their customer support, I'd like to leave a review. First off, the product is brilliant. It has evolved and improved into a very robust and versatile ticketing system which is exactly what I needed. Over the past year, the improvements and new features have benefited us quite a lot. Secondly, their customer support is very responsive and great at assisting with anything I required. This is one of the top reasons I recommend this plugin. It's great to have someone on call to assist.
