The amount paid corresponds to our review, processing and support service, and is separate from any official fees. Using our service is entirely optional, and travellers are always free to apply directly through the relevant official channels.

Regarding the membership, its terms — including the trial period, the monthly amount thereafter and the option to cancel from the member dashboard — are displayed on screen before the order is confirmed, and are also set out in our terms and refund policy.

That said, we take every comment seriously and we cannot review an individual case through a public review, as we have no way of identifying your order here. Please contact us at help@travelgroupjs.com with the email address used at checkout and your order reference. Our team will look into your case directly.

Using our service is always optional: any traveller is free to complete the application directly through the relevant official portal.

Regarding the membership, its terms (a 7-day trial, the monthly amount thereafter, and cancellation from the member dashboard) are displayed on screen before confirmation, not after payment. That said, if the cancellation process was not as straightforward as it should be, that is something we do want to review, as it isn't how it's meant to work.

Please write to us at help@travelgroupjs.com with your order reference. We'll verify that your membership was fully cancelled, that no subsequent charges were made, and review your case in line with our refund policy.
