I would definitely recommend. Both techs. that I had out were amazing and helped me fix an issue right away and I couldn’t be happier..

There were a couple of details. I wish that would have been written down because I didn't remember them when the chair was installed. The service was very pleased and I am happy with everything else

In Home Elevator
We recently bought a house with an existing elevator and wanted someone to come out and service it. Chia was our guy and he was awesome! He not only educated us on using it but also checked everything out to make sure it was in good working order. Thank you Chia for all your knowledge and know how!

Very professional and friendly!
Very professional, friendly and accurate. Did a great job training me how to use the chair lift and explaining the ins and outs!
My main focus was to help me bring groceries and cases of water up to 15 stairs from my garage to my loft... It has been working beautifully occasionally. I will sit on it and ride it back down. It's like having an amusement park right in my home! This was one of the best investments I've ever made. Thank you again and I would highly recommend your company to anyone that's interested in purchasing a chair lift.

Great customer service
Charlie was very pleasant and low key. Explained the options and gave us a quote and we thought about it overnight and called him the next morning to order the lift. The next morning Logan arrived and installed the lift within 3 hours. He was very personable and very efficient. I was very, very pleased. They were both great representatives of your company.

Opportunity to test units was a deciding issue.
We liked the opportunity to test 3 different lifts, and the young man that installed it was very professional.
