At first, I didn’t trust the ad on Facebook, but I received the machine within a couple of days. The price was also much cheaper than anywhere else. The FM6DD-ADJ machine works perfectly — no issues at all. I’ve used it for about four full tanks, mainly on 0.5–2” freshly cut branches with foliage. I really like the uniform chips — they’re a nice, consistent size and good for decorative use as well.

All fine, a bit late arriving but that didn’t matter

Exceptional. Order placed and item was enroute the same day. Mini shredder easy to assemble and a step up in performance from previous machine based on a cutting drum. It is a bit louder but of an order of magnitude quicker.

From ordering to delivery all went smooth.
The delivery driver called me as i wasn't in and he left the package in my safe place.

Delivered on time, we'll packaged. The wood chipper was exactly as described and is a robust machine, working effortlessly within the size range recommended by the manufacturer. Fuel efficient too runs for hours on a tank of petrol.
As read in some of the other reviews which I looked at before purchasing, the one feature installed on this machine in the factory is the restrictor plate on the I feed shute, that meant I could only feed straight pieces of branches without any offshoots. This feature essentially renders the machine useless. It is apparently due to UK and EU regulations. However, as others have done, the restrictor plate can be removed by undoing 4 simple screws and this transforms the wood chipper into a superb shredder. Very happy indeed with this purchase.

We're yet to find time unbox so cannot comment on the item as yet but it feels pretty heavy and solid!

The log splitter arrived on a pallet and was easy to assemble. The build quality was 10/10 and the best part was that it was British made.

Really good product efficiently delivered

As ordered and delivered promptly by FedEx. Took a couple of hours or so to unbox, read the assembly instructions and fit the separately supplied stand/work table. Pretty straightforward. Worth noting it is very heavy - the splitter itself weighs in at nearly 50kgs - so care required when assembling. It's very well made and has split some knotty logs with ease. Very pleased with this purchase.

It would have been good if the wheel cir-clip didn't break when I removed it, despite using cir-clip pliers for the job. It would have been even better if the two split pins had been in the package, as stated, but they were not. Not a great start and this is before using. Not impressed.
